Fantastic service! An employee by the name of Michael assisted me in finding just the right pair with the correct size/fit, just before closing. Amazing. The best fitting dress shoes I've ever had. Highly recommend Michael, he was clearly busy and somehow made time for my needs and his customer service skills top notch. Will be returning for my next pair.

Warning: I went in for ONLY a pair of sneakers. I left with several pairs of shoes. Nice store, the only one in town for years with this much high quality footwear. They have a good variety of foot friendly and on trend brands, lots of help with commissioned salespeople. It’s a little like shark infested waters sometimes with the sales staff in competition and as a shopper I don’t care for commissioned sales. They are all super nice, lots of different personalities. It would be great if they all were just paid well and didn’t have to hustle or inform customers that sales are on commission

The Shoe Market has a huge variety of comfortable shoes. With a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was most impressed by the experience and "old school" service we received from our salesman, Micheal. I was shopping with my mother to find some stylish walking shoes for her. Michael carefully measured my mothers foot and recommended the best shoe that would provide comfort while walking. The shoes were perfect and she is happy. Its refreshing to see this type of service still exits. Thank you The Shoe Market!

I got a pair of shoes that I can wear on concrete!! My sister took me there that is where she got her shoes for her work!; I had a really nice sales lady to help!! Everyone is real nice and they help u to choose the right shoes u need!!! If your shoes wear out u can go back and they can refit them for u. So I am very happy!! Thanks to the nice sales lady!!! Please wear a mask inside!!!

I visited for the first time today and was really pleased. Finding well fitting shoes is a challenge for me, but Kelcey took the time to make sure I had what I needed to suit my specific type of feet. It is truly a full-service shoe store and offers a wide selection. Their prices are not what you would find at a discount store where you dig through the boxes trying to find your size because service costs money, but it’s well worth it.

I'm not much of a shoe shopper. I actually only buy shoes every few years. A family member introduced me to this store and I must say that I was very impressed. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me with all my shoe buying needs. He took the time to properly size my foot, recommended solutions for my unique situation, and even special ordered shoes for me when they did not have exactly what I needed.
