I have been doing Holiday lighting for 18 years. Reinders was pretty much the only place to get holiday lighting, so you're stuck with there customer service. I have had multiple orders messed up, and pretty much had to tell them what they were going to do to keep my business. I have called and asked if they had items in stock, and been put on hold for 10 minutes plus, with no results or they won't pick up the phone if you call back at times. They must be pretty busy! Well then tell the customer you're busy and get a call back number. I switched to using SITE ONE landscape supply in Middleton last
