My house was serviced by Noam and team for 15 years and the last several years there have been issues when they come out to turn on the system and it doesn't work properly when they leave and then they charge you to come back and look at it and fix it. It should have been working before you left and now you want to charge me because you didn't do your job initially? No thank you! This happened two years in a row and the service is just awful and you don't treat long-standing customers with such disrespect. The receptionist is so sweet, but Noam is a tool, take your business elsewhere!

Unprofessional company look for another service. I have had nothing but problems with these guys ranging from billing to scheduling. They can't seem to keep an appointment and show up when they want. It's just not worth the time and hassle. There are other companies in the area that will do the same service for less money and will show up on time as expected.
