Frank McGuire joined our team at Sunny Acres and Legacy Care in August of 2021. Frank is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, he holds a Bachelor's in Business Management with a Minor in Information Systems. Frank McGuire has been a Licensed Administrator for 20 plus years and has over twenty-five years of experience in both assisted living and long term care.

Sunny Acres was founded in 1948 by William and Merle Eaton, who purchased a farmhouse with land on Billerica Road in Chelmsford. This began a family journey of taking care of elderly residents that would continue through today. During the 1950's the farmhouse had multiple additions that increased the farmhouse capacity to 40 residents.
Sunny Acres Legacy Care strives to be the leader in providing the highest level of assisted living memory care and overall customer service. We offer resident-centered care that is specific to each residents' specific needs and choice. Our philosophy is to provide assisted living-memory care services in a clean, comfortable, and home-like environment.
During the final days of my mother's life, although they were devastatingly heartbreaking, they were also filled with an abundance of comfort from your staff. I have told everyone that while a resident at Sunny Acres, my mother was not just cared for - she was LOVED! There is a huge difference, and I will always be eternally grateful.
