Due to increasing wholesale business we're adjusting our hours to better accommodate keeping up with the demand for bread again. Pre-orders will still be available for pickup, but we will no longer bake off any extra bread or pastries at the bakery. Our breads are currently available at Country Aire Natural Foods in Port Angeles, Quilcene Village Store and Sunny Farms in Sequim.
These locations are open longer than we can be and will hopefully be a more accessible source for some of our products. Please note that most items we make take time and 3-5 day notice is preferred for advanced orders. This helps us to make sure we have enough for what you need and gives us time to make it if we need to.

Services
Below are a list of breads with their information about which days they are available for order. When placing an order be clear about size "Loaf vs Large Round" and desired slice size (Thin = 1/2 inch, Thick = 3/4 inch). All sourdough based breads require extra time due to the sourdough starter that is used to leaven the bread.
All our pastries are made from scratch. All fillings, glazes, dough, and toppings are made by hand. Due to the nature of this products will look different from day to day based on temperature, humidity, and the ingredients themselves (such as the water quantity of butter or the hydration levels of the flour).
The kitchen itself does not have the proper exhaust system for a deep-fryer. Due to all the other bread and pastry production we also do not have the time to add them on. Most bakeries that specialize in donuts only have donuts for this reason. Grocery store bakeries generally are being supplied by a central bakery facility somewhere else.

I ordered a lemon meringue pie for my husband’s birthday. They hand make the entire cake. It looked beautiful in the box when I picked it up. I don’t normally like lemon meringue pie, but the pie was… fantastic and I had two pieces. My husband also liked it. It had the best crust we’ve ever tasted on a pie. No more frozen pies for me, I’ll get them from Two Spots Bakery.

I walked in with high expectations and walked out with a tasty box of those expectations fulfilled many times over. Amy and John are friendly, safety-conscious, and highly skilled bakers. I could live happily off the almond croissants alone. If I’m driving through and they’re open, there’s no way I’m not stopping by.

I generally only buy their breads because they are the best in town. Yesterday I stopped by to pick up a bread and on a whim decided to try their croissants. This was my first time trying them because I was… sure I would be disappointed. Boy was I wrong! Two Spot Bakery's croissant rival any croissant I have ever had in France. They are a buttery marvel and I hope they never change the recipe.❤️

Today was the first time we tried Two Spot. Didn't get there until 11 so there was only ONE scone left, but it was delicious. Also bought a loaf of sliced sourdough bread & a cinnamon twist thing we haven't tried yet. Heard they bake Stollen, which is a German Christmas favorite. My mother is from Germany & she has already asked me if I will bring her two. Will return to try other things. Great to have them here in town. Costco hasn't been offering much variety in their bakery lately.

I am so thrilled that Two Spot bakery has landed in Sequim. Everything I've had: Buttermilk biscuit, Sourdough bread, Croissant (the most like a true French style I've had in ages) and Bear Claws have been perfection. I've never liked the cloyingly sweet and dry Bear Claws you get at other bakeries and at grocery stores, until I had theirs. Light, slightly crispy, not too sweet - just perfect.

This bakery is amazing! Today was our second visit and we are now faithful customers. Today we were lucky enough to get there early and bought an Apple pie, orange roll and pecan roll (one of my favorites), chocolate croissant, sourdough, bear claw and stollen. Stollen stole the show this morning! We have truly enjoyed all of their baked goods but the stollen was out of this world. It's a German bread filled with fried fruit (rehydrated in rum) and almond paste. Sooooo good! We will definitely be enjoying this holiday baked good many more times before Christmas. This bakery is top notch and

I stumbled across this bakery as I was trying to avoid traffic on Main Street, I saw a baker rolling out bread dough in the window and had two thoughts. 1) I didn't realize Sequim had a bakery, and 2) I needed to come back and try something.
I tried the bear claw & just fell in love. There is just a little something extra that hook me (I think it's honey in the almond paste - but I can't be for sure).
On my second trip in, I chatted up the owner and learned they have only open for 10 days, and are still getting the business up in running.
I wished him the best and promised
