Ventura Management has taken care of the rental we have lived in for the past 6.5 years. They are always very responsive to calls and emails, even on weekends, and have been very reasonable and quick in fixing and replacing things in the house and yard. We have rented several times over the past 20 years and this has been our best renting experience. Until we own our own home again we hope to stay with this team.
