We hired CR Property Management a few years ago to manage several of our properties in the Ventura area. They have always been very responsive and have watched out for our interest very well. I have CR property management managing multiple of our properties for more than 20 years, I am so glad to work with them. We used CR Property Management to take care of a property we had in Southern California after moving to Northern California. They did an outstanding job keeping tenants in the rental and taking care of any maintenance issues that arose and the cost was incredibly reasonable for the piece of mind we received. Acropolis Management has been managing my properties for more than 5 years, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding level of service they have provided on a consistent basis. Whenever my tenants have required repairs, Acropolis has always responded immediately with great service at a reasonable price. There have even been instances where they sent more than one repair person for a second opinion or to get the best price, and they have never charged extra for that.
