Esquire collects a $35/applicant processing fee for each prospective occupant over the age of 18. 1. Preview Our Ventura County Home Rental listings online or obtain a rental list from our office. Select the properties which meet your home rental needs and drive by the properties so you can determine if you like both the properties and their locations.
We do not permit water filled furniture on the second floor of the structures built before 1978. For any other water filled furniture or fish tanks the residents must carry rental insurance. If pets are allowed, a pet deposit ($500 minimum/pet) may be charged and the tenants may be required to carry rental insurance.
Removing strands of hair which might have become tangled around the drain guard or the pop-up stopper? If you use a drain cleaner, please use the liquid and NOT the crystal type. The crystal type can harden in the drain and/or react with the industrial drain cleaner used by the servicemen. Also, always tell your serviceman if you have tried ANY drain cleaners before he was called.
