My mom is there and I can't see her my brother is POA of her , he won't let me see her and the administration is going along with it.shes competent by law ,so no judge declared her incompetent by law. So she has rights ,so I called so I called and ask can I speak to someone, because I can't see my mom ,so she put me through to someone name lorretta. So I explained to lorretta what was going on and she got very ruled with me ,wasn't very professional at all hung up on me ,I didn't get any answers, just rudeness. From a person in the administration role .

My father-in-law Was sent to this nursing home rehab straight from hospital for lung issues after getting pneumonia. He tested positive for covid 3 weeks ago. He had been exposed almost 4 weeks ago. He had been quarantined fir the whole time but they refuse to let us see him. They say he still shows symptoms. I believe they are milking him for covid bucks. Myself and numerous essential co workers who had contracted Covid all had to return to work after 2 weeks regardless if we felt sick still or not. They refuse to move him to a nursing home closer to home where we can monitor and visit him.

My mom is being there for about 1 week now, the nurses are rude and unprofessional. No communication whatsoever. She spends most of the day with the same diaper and when finally come to change it they are not careful, they are very rough. We did not have a said so on this my mom was just send to this place to "recuperate". I would give a -0 but is not an option here. I'm to far away from her and sadly she cannot travel on her current condition now.

Knowing my husband was going there from the hospital 5/31/21. I called them to find out visiting him . They hung up on me 4 times. Just call tomorrow. Instead I went there after work. They tell me I have to schedule a visit with them. Why couldn't they just tell me this yesterday? Basically no results from anyone. Now I feel as though I abandoned him. 😞. Very depressing.

Possibly the worst "health center" in the United States. History of mistreatment and filling beds with dangerous people to meet their quota. Full of incompetent, careless, and disrespectful staff. Employees known to participate in criminal activity during shifts. Floors can smell and look dirty and untidy. If you care about the wellbeing about your loved one, do not admit them here.
