I used to love my doctor here, Lindsay Marr im not sure what happened with her but my experience with Staywell has been awful since i lost my favorite primary. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago because I thought i had bronchitis and I needed more rescue inhalers for my asthma. I went to my appointment just to be turmed away because of my symptoms which are some of the same symptoms seen in covid patients they never let me know previously that I needed a negative covid test to visit my doctor. My symptoms line up with me being athsmatic I have no other symptoms of covid nor do i have a fever. I

Unprofessional. Doctors refuse to help even though it’s the literal oath they take. Minimum care and even when you try to go up the chain to get resolutions, they knock you down and prolong the situations until you are over it. After a certain age Doctors lose their care & commitment, I wish the company assisted in these situations instead of ignoring and passing the message back down to someone who says only they can help you

Dentists assistant was very rude (Maria), I asked for a good dentist and she said if I didn’t like it i can leave. Unorganized, somehow they didn’t have my files from last visits. She read my information all incorrect. She was saying I had to remove this and that to fix my issue but she was way off, my pain was not on that spot.then The actual dentist came in and showed me the correct information to fix my issue. The assistant was very unprofessional, something is wrong with her.

First and foremost let me say my kids enjoy going to their doctor here. I have never had a bad experience with this location. The only complaint i have is you HAVE to call people back when they leave a message. Ive left about 4 messages over the course of a week and have not gotten a call back and nobody ever answers the phone. I had to call S. Main st location to make an appointment because i couldnt get ahold of anyone. Come on yall can do better!
