One of the worst experiences ever! Be forwarned, Nick and his firm will literally take you for a ride, he will over promise and deliver nothing, absolutely nothing. He charged me 3300 for a flat fee he did not do as he said he would on numerous occasions, in the course of 2 months I was able to personally talk to him 3 times on the phone. He wrote a 2 page word document to my ex-wifes attorney as a response letter after he failed to file and serve her first. I am seeking another attorney to try to reclaim my 3300.
