Sierra Ridge is a family-friendly living complex that feels very homely and familiar. The complex has a very warm feeling associated when you drive through.
I think the management (Danielle & Jovita) do an awesome job at letting all of their residents know that they are valued and will try to do their best for their residents. I am grateful that they are always kind, accommodating, and patient with my requests.
Maintenance requests are usually handled well within 48 hours, sooner if it's dire. I've had a leaky toilet and problems with my air conditioning, but it was all fixed promptly.

So Jovita gave me a move in date of Oct. 15. I called after I didn't hear anything from her and she told me the date was postponed for a week due to tile work. Seemed like she didn't plan on calling me to give me a heads up. And during this phone call was the first I heard of renters needing insurance prior to move in date. She didnt even apologize for not mentioning it in time. So I still got the insurance and went with it. Then my move in date comes and she shows me the unit. She didnt tell me they were going through a remodel and the fact that most units were outdated. So I mentioned it to her

Unprofessional & careless both the manager & her assistance, very bad maintenance service & slow response, the apartment was musty smelling, I’ve rented one month only, though wish I’ve never been there.
My recommendation, you’d better search for different place.

Me and my friends were suppose to live here, the lady in charge even planned for us to get this 3 bedroom before anyone would be able to get it but as soon as I call again asking for when she’d like the deposit, she made claims that other people had put deposit down like we were gonna move in within less than two weeks. Now that that has happened, she’s been ignoring my phone calls and my two other roommates phone calls, I don’t recommend a place like this if all they do is lie and have terrible customer service.

I'm still living here after a year and a half and I still love it!
We now have a brand new playground for the kids and a fenced dog park.
Debbie is still the most gracious professional manager I've ever met.
It is unfortunate that some people will never be happy and will leave ugly remarks and bad reviews,. We all know at least one or two of these kind of people.
I for one am very happy with my home and all I will say is if you don't like where you live than by all means change your address.

This is such a nice place to live! Very quiet and the tenants are nice as well! Debbie (manager) is so nice and was super helpful during and after the entire move in process. I've never had an issue with maintenance, I called twice and they were there to help same day. I moved in nine months ago and am very glad I did! Within walking distance to Clovis High School as well. I do not understand the bad reviews?

If i could give less then one star I would.They charge you the normal rent plus deposit to move in. That's fine but we moved in on the 29th and still had to pay the entire amount for a whole month. she said our next month would be prorated but it wasn't. Debbie seemed nice in the first place but its a front to trick you into their scam.
