I’d rather not waste another word on this property, and it’s mismanagement. Instead I can direct you to my Google review of CenCal Property Management and my Yelp review of Sierra Meadows. They will scam you month after month. I was strong armed out of a month to month lease and into an annual lease, in the middle of the pandemic no less! So now I’m contractually obligated to deal with these ruthless con artists until my lease expires. I urge any other tenants at any other properties owned by CenCal PM to contact the Fair Housing Council of Central California and weigh your options and exercise

Robyn!!!! OMG ROBYN!!! She is the best landlord I've ever had and we've only known her for 2 weeks!! My boyfriend and I moved here from Texas for a job and were staying in a hotel with our uhaul and two pets. Obviously, we were very stressed and really hoping to find a place soon. My husband and I are new tenants to Serria Meadows and we absolutely love it here! This apartment complex stood out to us for so many reasons, firstly the location is close to Old Town Clovis and its near great Clovis Unified schools. If you need to go shopping there are many close options to choose from as well as places to eat out. Our apartment is in great condition , we love the open concept and new appliances. The master is huge with a closet to match and the second bedroom is perfect for a small child. The second reason this complex stood out to us was the large backyard. It is so hard

I would prefer to give zero stars. I showed up at an advertised open house, went to the office, door was locked, during business hours, no worries, I knocked. The front door behind the locked security door was cracked open. Inside I heard someone making or taking a phone call, so I decided to wait, outside, in 100⁰+ heat. She continued to talk, I waited. I waited, she talked. I started to pace outside, for 5, 10, 15 minutes. At one point she opened the door. I waved at her while looking at her in the eyes. She continued to talk while closing the door. At that point I left. Completely unprofessional

We’ve lived at this location for a little more than a year. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are friendly, management tends to repairs in a very timely manner. They are in the process of upgrading the apartments, we got new energy efficient sliding glass doors. They are planning on replacing all windows with energy efficient windows, and I’ve heard that they will be updating the kitchen. Rent is very reasonable, considering the location. Quiet, clean and accountable management, I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

If you want an office manager that treats you like a child and that it's your fault for the issues that you are having then this is the place for you. I know living in apartments you can hear your neighbors but when you get stuck with neighbors that are inconsiderate and constantly slamming doors and banging walls all the time it sucks. Robin just tells me that it's basically my issue and if I thought about moving as a solution. I wouldn't have to deal with all this noise if they would have dealt with the cockroaches in our original apartment building that we were living in. After

I highly recommend this complex. If you are looking for a family friendly, peaceful apartment complex with an apartment manager who is extremely attentive to your needs, this place is for you! All of the apartments are beautiful and spacious. Not to mention quiet. The dual panned windows from the new remodel makes it hard to hear the neighbors even if they are noisy. I wouldnt know. And Robin, the new apartment manager is absolutely amazing. As soon as you tell her you need something she is on it. My husband and I were looking for a month to month apartment because of his job. He is required to travel all around for different amounts of time and is usually not given notice until a couple of weeks before we have to move. So, I stumble across this place and it is a great deal! I called and Lucia said they had a 2 bedroom available for our move but that they were unable to do applications electronically and that we wouldn't be able to do everything by mail in time for our move in date. This place is the worst place I've ever lived in in the US. I am in international student. When I signed the lease with them they asked for $500 but as soon as they knew that I am international they raised it to $1000. Living there was not special at all it's like living in swamp because you will enjoy the company of frogs and lizards. After I moved out they charged me $500 for repairing the apartment even though I spent two days cleaning it. If you want to keep your money don't move to this apartments.

Well I recently moved into this place recently. I was amazed with the lush landscape. Very beautiful place to come home too. Moving was extremely easy. The manager Donyea was very friendly, professional and a delight to work/ do business with. The pool is crystal clear. With community bbq ( very nice ones that anyone can use at the pool). The community is very quite. I met some of my new neighbors and everyone so far seems like top quality. Thank you country side Apts and Donyea for the better quality of life you get with living here.

I can't believe I have to come back and write something so negitive so fast about this place. Here we go...donyea is still awesome and I do love living here but what's wrong with the maintenance here? I had problems with my air conditioning and donyea made sure to act fast but I can't say the same for Henry the AC tech. It took from June 2nd to June 26th to get fixed because Henry was too busy calling us crazy. He finally called someone else in to do the job for him and boy we were NOT crazy. We had many problems that were fixed and noticed right away by Mike and Luis. Henry argued
