My girlfriend lived here and we loved the property. The front office staff is very nice. We are on the wait list and hope to move back.

This was our very first apartment and the office staff Adi, Theresa & Laura all made the experience so amazing from the application process to the walkthrough and overall. Updating us often all made this experience very smooth. We’re enjoying our stay so far.

I lived at Prescott Pointe for about 2 years and moved out last year. I absolutely loved living there and only moved because we bought a house. During my stay here, the ladies at the office were very friendly and attentive, especially Adi. It seems like there was a constant rotation of other girls, maybe assistants? But everyone was always as helpful. If there was ever something the other girls didn't have an answer to, I always knew I could go to Adi. She was always so kind, professional and informative. The complex itself was very clean and well kept. The neighbors were respectful and

I have been living here for almost 6 years, I am very surprised by the reviews. I have never had a roach problem, it's a quiet and safe community. I have never had any issues with any neighbors or crime. Sometimes maintenance can take a day or two or if it's the weekend, you might have to wait until Monday. Let's be real, we are in a pandemic, there is a staff shortage everywhere, they use outside vendors, like any other apartment complex to rely on certain maintenance issues or ordering parts. People can be so impatient, the management has been great, they all listen very well to your concerns

This has been the worst experience of any apartment I have lived at. Apart from Theresa, the staff is extremely rude. When I moved in 7 separate things were broken and it took maintenance way too long (over a week) to come and fix it all. Everything is falling apart, the dishwasher was filled with mold, and the manager Adi is by far the worst part. She is a reflection of the terrible apartment she works for. Definitely do not waste your time.

If you go in make sure to take notes of questions you want asked and the answers they give you because they seriously lack communication in their office. First I scheduled an appointment and the lady I scheduled it with forgot, went on lunch, and didn't even put me into the system. The lady that was there was there was nice enough to help us anyways and we were very appreciative of that but that's where it ended. Apparently she gave me wrong information so when I went back the next day I had problems applying and when confronted with it she denied knowing my situation when I made it clear and she

1 star for employees upon initial move in (employees/management changed during the time I stayed), 1 star for decent apartment

I was hoping to have a different experience than some of those who posted their reviews... I somewhat did.

- I liked my neighbors and maintenance people are cool
- Location of complex was good, but leaving the complex can get tricky as there can be heavy traffic (especially in the morning commute to work/school)
- the "gym" is a very small room with a treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike and weights (only have enough room to use them if you're on the machines

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
why you ask?

Well, do you have more than 1 car? Have family or friends who visit you? They will have NO WHERE to park and their car WILL get towed which is $350 to get out it out.
There is a nark in these apartments and they will rat you out for doing anything and everything.
I have lived here since June and boy do I regret signing that year lease. AS soon as my year is up I am out and I will never return!!
On top of the crappy rat neighbors my apartment is not level. My coffee table is wobbly- the stove isn't straight and neither is my fridge it's rather funny

I lived here for almost 2 years. Rent pricing was okay. Overall experience was filled with more bad than good. The 2 pools were often in maintenance, had vomit in them. I had a dog so I paid $1000 deposit. In the end, Prescott DID NOT return any cent of my deposit and I actually had to pay an additional $25.00. So just expect to not get your deposit back. I deep cleaned my apartment and used my own carpet cleaner too when we left, it didn’t matter so don’t bother. Just leave it bc they’ll still want to hire their own cleaners.

Prescott Pointe is a quaint and quiet community. I've been here since September and I love it, mainly for the atmosphere and the location. They are also very animal friendly. My dog loves the dog park. Maintenance is quick and landscaping is beautiful. The managers Adi and Deysi are so sweet and friendly. They provide coffee, snacks, and even provided crafts to make gift bags for valentines day. The only negative is that they are older units so they require more upkeep and some of the appliances are on the older side. Other then some minor inconveniences which come with any apartment, I think

(They broke the contract they had with me) I checked out this apartment complex to move in and I was satisfied with the apartment they showed me. So I went into the office about a month ago, filled out an application, payed the deposit for the apartment and signed the contract all in one day. The two girls in the front office were nice at the time. 3 days later they called me and advised me I got accepted for the apartment and that apartment I made on the contract was going to be held for me. 2 weeks after one of the girls in the front office calls me and tells me that the apartment I had on the

We lived in these apartments for about 2 years. We had problems from the start! When We first moved in there were holes, dents, and scratches in our vinyl floor (it looked so dirty by the front door but I couldn't ever get it to look clean) Edith did our walk thru and said she would make a note of the floor (and she did). We had a flood the first week and I couldn't unpack or sleep in my bed because they put fans up to help dry the carpet. the water went into the hall way on the vinyl flooring but they said it was okay. We had the air conditioning sensor stop working and wouldn't

I don't understand the negative reviews on here. My husband and I moved into Prescott Pointe August of last year and we love it. Cute, clean apartments and very safe. Maintenance is awesome and they are great about updating fixtures when you ask. I love it here!

I just moved out in May. Pros: it was a quiet community and they accept large dogs. Cons: old carpet, old appliances, old bathroom and roaches. Make sure to take pictures when you move out and document everything management does or doesn't do. They will stick every nickel and dime to you.

Worst place in the world! The maintenance crew is creepy. Was told he had to come into my apartment to change a window screen or I would be charged to replace it. When I complained a screen appeared with no one coming into my apartment. had to pay a $967 electric bill for one month. I was told it was a PG&E issue and the next month had a $842 bill. I complained for months only to rack up thousands I had to pay because of my air conditioning being faulty. My neighbors apartment was infested with roaches that took forever to get rid of! They harass the kids not to be outside at all unless
