Hamilton Linden Garden Apartments

My father and I lived at Hamilton Linden Gardens for 8 years. If not for the fact that we both are on a fixed income, we would STILL be there. We both really enjoyed living there. The apartment was very nice and spacious, the grounds were well kept, and the maintenance team was terrific. We never waited more than a day for a repair, and they were always very cordial and friendly. The property manager and office staff are great too, and I'm proud to say we've become very good friends. I still visit from time to time when the weather allows, and it feels like I've never left. If I ever hit the lottery

Love it... Location is central to transportation and fast food. The grounds are immaculately kept. Eileen is quick to address any of my concerns. What more can I ask for?

As a single mother growing up in the country, I was a little skeptical about moving to the city. But a great friend recommended this place to me and I am very glad that I listened and moved out of my comfort zone. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there..the employees & residents. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The area was nice, the apartment was a great size apartment, it was clean and I really did feel safe there. It was a beautiful place that my son and I called home for 5 years until I met my other half we built a home together. I would definitely recommend these

Hamilton Garden is a Beautiful place to live . Very quiet and well maintenance area for family or single. Our lovely property manager is Eileen she is such a lovely lady who is always there to help with anything you need she is your Go To. Eileen handles any issue you have with property. Oh yeah lets not forget her team, maintenance! They are always a call away with any issues in your apartment. . if your looking for something beautiful come on down and see Eileen. Very friendly area & neighbors are our family's <3

My wife and I loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help when need, especially Eileen. She made the process very easy and straight forward.

Great location (near a large park and Muhlenberg College) and well managed. Have found that maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Was able to arrange my move here from Virginia by doing everything online, which save me a heap. Highly recommended.

Great deal! Price is right for all the amenities included. Excellent Management with just enough professional experience mixed in with we’re family feeling. Eileen is a straight shooter and truly cares about the people who make their home with her. Maintenance is second to none and ground are always well maintained.

I Have never had an issue with either Management or Maintenance. Everyone is always kind & helpful. The property & Grounds are well maintained. Proud to call home!!

A one bedroom apartment was only $795 a month which included my heat. The apartments are older, 1950s construction in good repair and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet with Cedar Beach a three minute walk. The rental office staff is agreeable, and after-hours maintenance responded within half an hour when I locked myself out.
Yes... There are newer apartments with granite and stainless steel, but they also cost a boatload more. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better apartment value in Allentown.
