The worst experience ever, its the kind of place that will threaten you to go to court if they didn't have it their way. When I left, they took away all of security deposit and asked me to pay extra several hundreds of dollars because they want to buy a new carpet and put it on my bill. I said I would like to speak to the manager but the woman on the phone refused and said "she has nothing to say to you. I guess will see you in court"

Then there is the rest of the staff who aren't much further behind the fearless leader Sharon, they all seem to not care and have no knowledge of what they're doing. This is the reason people are moving out and good employees don't stay. It's amazing that the owner and corporate staff are getting the wool pulled over their eyes and losing money on a daily basis and they

An AWFUL Experience:
My husband and I were looking into a new apartment in the lehigh valley area and really enjoyed the look of Devonshire and where it was located. Honestly from previous reviews on several sites we had our doubts and reservations. But we decided to try anyway because we did enjoy the location and the complex was nice. Well it turns out we should have followed our gut instinct and avoided this place like the plague. We applied and after one week of literally running back and forth getting them every piece of paperwork they asked for we were told we needed a co-signer. Then after
