Each of our communities has its own friendly, professional management team, so we can maintain the quality of your community and respond to your needs throughout the day. Our Resident Portal and App allow you to pay rent, submit a service request, or connect with your management team whenever you need to.
All residents are required to carry Renters Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage. The community must also be listed as an "Additional Interest" or "Interested Party". Water damage liability and dog bite liability coverage is included (these are not typically included in standard policies).

Not worth the money. Apartments aren’t that nice. They charge you for every service outside of the base rent, which they should be included with. Floors slope, outlets are crooked. Was only there a short 3 months but killed multiple pincher bugs and thousand leggers inside the apartment. The dishwasher barely worked, had to hand scrub everything.

This is an incredible place to call home! My apartment was so comfortable and spacious, as well as quiet. The complex itself is so peaceful and well planned out, with a great walking path and a really nice pool. The management office is so organized and helpful. The maintenance crew is super responsive and does a really nice job. After a wonderful 3 years I am really sad to leave!

If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Madison at the Lakes. I have lived here for the last 2.5 years and have had a great experience. The maintenance staff is amazing! They come right away, are super friendly, and fix everything! The leasing office responds quickly and has been super understanding throughout the pandemic. I could not be happier with living here!

We have loved our experience in living at Madison at the Lakes, mainly due to the great customer service received from the leasing office. We have been thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness (and niceness) received during the move-in process, maintenance requests (very few of course), and simple inquiries. The additional surprise perks received for residents, ranging from a free pizza delivered to having our car washed on the property, continue to make us extremely happy with our choice in moving to this great location, just off of the golf course and surrounded by great amenities.

Madison at the Lakes is a beautiful place to live! The application process was incredibly simple, and we were helped every step of the way by the super friendly leasing office. The apartment itself is very nice, and the location is close to both parks and shopping centers in the Allentown area. Can't recommend it enough!

This is my second time living in this community--the first time was after I moved back to The Lehigh Valley from Manhattan with our first child--one of the happiest years of my life were spent strolling with her around the walking trail and wading in the kiddie pool! Madison at the Lakes has been a great place to live. I especially love the walking path and the serene setting. You are close to everything but it feels like you are away from the crowds. Everyone has been very friendly and the office/maintenance staff is responsive. My apartment is very spacious with lots of closets, and it's also very quiet. I would highly recommend living here!

Great place to live! The complex is vast, has a beautiful walking path and boasts a naturalistic setting with ponds, trees and nice landscaping. They allow pets which is great and the community residents are friendly which makes it a comfortable place to live. The Management staff is very pleasant and helpful, they really care about their tenants and the complex as a whole. The location is great, it's close to just about everything you can think of (shopping, restaurants, banking, convenience stores, hospital etc) yet when you enter the complex it is very peaceful and serene. Highly recommended

A really lovely complex with trees, flower beds and ponds with fountains providing beautiful views and a walking path surrounding the complex. Apartments are spacious with wonderful closets and storage and also pet friendly. Residents are from diversified cultures and all ages. I'm looking forward to Halloween as there are children here too. Madison at the Lakes is a wonderful place to live! The staff and maintenance crew a very helpful and pleasant. If looking for an apartment or a townhouse, this is the place.
