I have been going to Liya for 10 years now. Every time she cuts my hair I constantly receive compliments, in fact, they continue even after the cut has grown out. I have recently (last 5years) started getting color from her as well and I love how she matches color to look natural. She is super creative and very passionate.

By far the best hair salon regarding customer service and quality I happen to have long hair and in the past had hard time a salon that understood my wishes on how I would have loved my hair to be it since I got introduced to GLOSS HAIR SALON i don’t have that problem any longer The stylist fully understands me and my hair type And in the end I feel happy with myself thanks to Gloss

I got a cut, color and keratin all as a 1st time client and will totally keep coming back. Liya did a fantastic job coloring my whites and blending in multiple shades/highlights. I liked it better than the Highland Park salon I'd been going to.

Liya does some GREAT work! She's very personable, clean, and was open to hearing what I wanted while also helping me see the reality of the messy mop that was my hair. She showed me how to best style my hair, what ways I could make sure it curls right and what tools I should use to get the desired effect. I went pretty short but I feel confident that I can rock this new 'do! Thank you, Liya :) Before and after photos included!

Can't say enough great things about gloss! Liya not only knows what works and how your hair should look but she really makes sure you are happy doesn't just cut your hair and shuffle you out the door. On top of all that I travel a lot for work and she came and opened up early so I could hop on a flight for a meeting looking good rather than slovenly! Really if you want a great haircut then don't go to places like 18/8 or SportClips go to Gloss! Liya actually cuts your hair with scissors not a clipper that never looks right unless you are a little boy. She is a beautiful person with

Out of town and totally annoyed with my hair today. So I found more than a great stylist. I found someone who had no clue who I was. I randomly texted as I can't make calls at my office. And the beauty of technology prevailed. I was able to get in for an appointment. And the style I ended up with is perfect. I had a hair cut with Liya today and was very happy with my hair. I was nervous at first because I'm new to the area and just moved from out of state. I also have super thick hair and am always worried people won't do my layers correctly. Liya was very friendly from the start and was very professional. She was also very detail oriented and asked a lot of questions about how I specifically wanted my hair to look. She also explained what she was doing and was very thorough with all the details. She also worked very quickly and could tell she is an expert at her field. I highly recommend

My mom and I highly recommend Liya and Gloss Salon! Today was our second visit and we were just as satisfied, if not more, than our first. We noted that our color (five weeks later) lasted and still had a lot of depth and richness. On our first visit we bought the shampoo products that Liya used on our hair and we do believe using them has helped keep our color fresher and longer.
We love that the salon is owner operated, quiet and a very relaxing environment. When you are in Liya's chair she is 100% focused on you and your satisfaction.

This place is by far my favorite. As an anxious client, I'm very picky about who touches my hair but ever since I let Liya put her magic hands on my head, I knew I found the perfect place. You feel right at home from the personalized care to the atmosphere. Liya definitely knows what she's doing and I leave each time with beautiful, healthy hair… and I get compliments for weeks! I was referred here by my cousin who gets keratin treatments but I only come for cut and color... She's truly skilled and I recommend this place to everyone I know! 10/10!!!
