Recently, I had someone hit my jeep in the parking lot. Unfortunately they did not have insurance but my State Farm policy covered it less my deductible. I used the phone app to file the claim and document the damage. I must say I was impressed with how easy and straight forward it was. I was able to book the rental car through the app as well. I was more impressed with my agent Jana and how responsive State Farm was with my claim. They kept me imformed through the entire process and made it so easy for me. I was totally satisfied. I highly recommend State Farm and Jana as your agent.

I love Jana and the staff in her office. I was recently hit by a drunk driver and spent the evening in the Trama Unit. The first thing the following morning, Jana reached out to me just to make sure I was OK and find out if I needed anything. In the following days her staff and the claims department responded to my questions and helped me every step of the way. I have been with Jana for over 20 years! If you are looking for an new insurance agent. Look no further!! They are fantastic!

Recently had to replace the windshield on my van. I talked with Mary on the phone and she worked with the auto glass company to ensure the windshield was repaired at no cost to me. Mary had to do some extra legwork because our insurance had recently changed hands but she was great at communicating and everything was handled in a timely manner. Thanks Mary!

Jana and Bobbie are great to work with and I appreciate their responsiveness. At one point, we considered leaving State Farm for USAA to save money. Bobbie invited us in for an "apples to apples" comparison of policies. We had a great meeting based on the numbers alone. I didn't feel coerced or pressured to stay with State Farm. The total… difference in premiums for all our policies was only about $100! Because of how we've been treated in the past by Jana and her staff, my husband and I decided it was well worth it to stay with people we trust. Glad to still be with State Farm and .

I am very sorry to say this, but I must speak the truth. When Jana hired me she was very kind to me and I thought I would be a great attribute to the agency, but she turned on me very quickly, she insulted me and truly hurt my feelings! I went through my training and passed with flying colors, but when it came time to train one on one with the… ladies in the office things went down hill. I asked Jana from the very beginning to walk me through the process of a "New Sale" from start to finish, all she did was have me sit beside her and watch what she did, but not what I told her I needed.

My wife and I have known Jana for over 30 years. She is a very loyal friend and a dependable agent. Our entire family is insured with her. My wife recently lost her sister and Jana was one of the first to call plus she got the claim started immediately without any hassle. Jana's entire office staff is very friendly and efficient. I also have to say, as the previous reviewer has, that Jana's office and their staff are very excellent at what they do. They do indeed go above and beyond to keep in constant contact with their insured customers if any issue were to arise on the customers or the personnel's behalf. It's an excellent environment and really brings the feeling of dealing with family! I recommend them to all.
