Just checking in to say hello! Hope everything is going well for you. I ended up joining Lifestyle fitness in Fishers. Every time I lift I think of you pushing me (I hear your voice). You continue to motivate me even thought I don't get to see you every week now. Liz has been my personal trainer for over 2 years.
Question: I saw a great ad on cable last night. I can lose 30 lbs by bending at the waist for 10 minutes a day over a 10 day period. It's called the 10 for 10. Do you think it will work for me? Liz: No, I do not. I get a 60 day supply of Lean Machine pills that will make me lose 40 lbs. in addition I will gain 20 lbs in lean muscle mass.

Liz has been my trainer for several years. She keeps it interesting by making every workout different and knows how to help me get great results without injury. I used to have a lot of aches and pains, but by working out regularly and avoiding injury I am stronger and feel better than I did ten years ago.

Liz has been my personal trainer for 6.5 years. She has helped me to lose weight and motivated me to become more fit. Without a doubt, I am stronger now than I have been in my entire life. With her combined approach of strength training and Egoscue techniques, she has gotten me back to form after surgery for a torn labrum and biceps tenodesis. Thanks Liz!!

We started working out with Liz in May of 2018. She is an amazing trainer. She helps us with goal setting, accountability, and makes us really sore 🤣! The last 12 months have been crazy but she has been there every step of the way. Her flexibility, encouragement and energy have really been a great support for us and have allowed us to keep meeting our fitness goals in spite of the challenging conditions. I can’t recommend her enough!

Liz is the best! She has been my personal trainer for 15 years and actually makes working out fun. She motivates and inspires while also realizing my limits. Her professional and warm personality allows her to easily connect with everyone. She is always prepared with a variety of workouts and after all this time, still surprises me with new exercises. I wasn’t a “gym person,” but needed the extra motivation and commitment to working out. When you’re training with Liz, you start to know your way around the gym, feel comfortable and feel strong! Plus, she makes it fun...we are always laughing. I feel so much better, mind and body, in the past six years of training together, and you can’t put a price on that. This will never be a decision you regret.
