Strength is the master skill of fitness. All other skills are built upon the foundation of strength. Through bodyweight, kettlebell lifting, barbells, dumbbells etc, we will develop full body strength throughout our range of motion. This way our bodies become more resistant to injury and more useful in sporting activities and daily life.
Being strong is fun! We practice many lesser-known techniques that challenge our minds and bodies in exciting ways. These techniques also develop a Zen-like concentration. Starting with gently moving the body through it's range of motions, then moving on to bodyweight flows, we develop graceful and strong movement.

Services
Our youth and adult programming has an ever-expanding movement and strength vocabulary. We regularly practice fundamentals and add many techniques that are less common but fun and useful. Some of these techniques were created by the old time strongmen and strongwomen from the late 1800's. At Hadley Fitness, we are always studying the current masters of strength and movement to ensure we're passing on the best methods.
Online training and consultations are a convenient way to have your technique analyzed and receive programming in your home. This type of training is available for every level of fitness, from beginner to expert. We can work with kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and any other fitness tools you may have on hand.
Youth training is designed to associate fitness with fun and self-expression. Animal locomotion, like moving like a monkey, bear etc. is used to develop fluid movement and let them play. Technical lifting is mostly done with kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells. This is a much more structured time with a no nonsense approach.

Everything about my experience working with Ryan Hadley has been great. He loves what he does and has many years of expertise in the field of fitness training. I enjoyed the way he taught me how to properly use kettle bells and get the maximum benefit out of the process. He also has good taste in music to add in class. I highly recommend him to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals!

My wife and I have been going to Ryan for 4+ years and highly recommend him as a trainer. He listens to you and creates a routine based on your abilities and goals. We also like that the routines are adjusted based on progress and to keep it interesting. We have seen significant progress in how we look and feel due to our work with Ryan.

I started going to Ryan because of a badly injured throwing shoulder that had weakened significantly. Ryan developed a program, specifically for me, to strengthen the muscles around my shoulder and to improve my overall strength, fitness, and mobility. The results have been amazing and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the way Ryan has helped me progress over the past year!
