This is our 3rd day in a row ordering from here! We are hooked on the fish/shrimp and grits!
The food is not over seasoned. Portion sizes are definitely sharable and perfect for "save for later".
Great customer service from back to front end! The staff is pleasant and efficient with getting group orders together.

Just wow! We had the sweetest lady bring us an info card on this company so we thought we would support a local business and purchase a brunch for our office. We were invoiced and everything. Did this 2 weeks in advance. ... 15 minutes before the event, I call, where is the caterer? No one knew we had this order for 25 people. Jasmine who owns the business set up our order, but is never there according to her brother. We are an assembly team on a strict schedule and my team is now without lunch today thanks to Yummies. Will not order from here again and do not recommend.

Stopped at this place for our first meal of the day at 2pm (DONT JUDGE US , we drove 10 hours from St. Louis the night before! ANYWAY, we were excited to try out some local food from the SOOUUFF. Little 10 minute drive down 85 South and we were in luck to run into this place! Yup, I'm basic so I got lemon pepper wings & fries but guys THE SEASOONNNNING , the meal was made to order and steaming hot, from a self-proclaimed chicken connoisseur like myself 5/5! Stopped in yesterday for breakfast. I had the Yummies Special (pancake,bacon(3), eggs(2) and grits with added cheese in both for $9. You can get sausage instead of bacon. A bargain. The food was on point. Epecially the cheese grits. It's a nice and clean atmosphere with chilled music playing in the background. The restrooms were very clean "I hate a filthy restroom at a eating establishment". I talked to the owner who was very nice along with all of the staff. I especially like it because it's "Black Owned". I will be back for lunch soon. It's a plus since

Oh my God if I could give a score of 100% delicious food, I'm giving it! 1st time experiencing their food, and I will definitely go back again and again! Trust and Believe you must go taste for yourselves, you will not be disappointed. Now on top of delicious food, their customer service is excellent! I'm giving a perfect 5 star rating!

A must try! The staff was friendly and patient. The fish(tilapia/whitening) and grits were good. Grits were perfectly made (not too thick and not too runny)and fish seasoned to perfection, even the sauce they topped it with had a nice flavor and small kick to it. The portion sizes are good. The wings mild teriyaki had good flavor but were fried way too hard. They had cake with good icing but the cake itself tasted like it may have sat out to long and lost it's moisture. Overall the place was good and I will return for fish and grits and will ask for the wings to not be cooked as hard.

If you visiting Atlanta and need a breakfast spot that reminds you of your Grandma's cooking, then Yummies Cafe is the spot for you! The restaurant is about 15mins from the airport, which came in handy because My cousin was waiting on her flight to leave so we decided to kill some time eating breakfast there. I ordered the Jaz Breakfast while she got the fish and grits. Literally everything tasted like it was fresh out of my granny kitchen. Whether you're coming into Atlanta or killing some time before you head out, I'll suggest stopping by yummies for a bite

Mmmmm this place is like going to your Mama's or auntie house for some real breakfast. Today was my first time eating at Yummies and I will definitely be back. First off plenty of parking on the strip mall at the corner of hwy 85 and hwy 138. Used to be Cici's Pizza . Walked in place is clean. People were in there dining in. The young lady at the register my receipt says name Christen was very friendly and helped me decide what to order. I had the Jaz's special which had a salmon croquette , potatoes, cheese eggs, and bacon ! So good! Then I got a side of grits. Oh it also came

This morning I wanted to a split turkey sausage kielbasa like Mamie's Kitchen used to serve. I drove around after dropping J.R. off and I was headed back home when I turned around in a parking lot. I saw a place that said they served breakfast. I walked in it was extremely clean, you could see them cooking behind the counter, and the cashier was so sweet. It didn't take long to get breakfast and when she showed me my food I was sold. I told her it was my first visit but I would be back. Y'all check them out, they also have a business networking meeting on Thursdays from 8:15-9:30

OMGoodness!!! I ordered seafood pasta cause I was starving and I figured this would cure my headache. When I ate my first fork full all I tasted was real crab. It was delicious. I lie to you not. You have got to try this. It was seasoned. I haven't even finished my meal. I had to write this review in the middle of my meal. I will return to try the lobster.

I had breakfast from Yummies this morning. You can sit in or you can take your food out. I had grits, eggs, chicken sausage, salmon croquet, pancakes, and roasted potatoes. Everything was delicious. The roasted potatoes had the right amount of green peppers, and onions, and they were seasoned just right. The pancakes were fluffy with a light sweet taste to them. The grits were on point. An interesting little family owned spot! The decor is amazing! So modern and fresh. Slightly annoying that you have to pay for refills as per the tacky sign on the fountain drink machine. But overall I will be a repeat patron as they are close by and black owned

I really wanted to love Yummies simply because I used to buy plates from Deedee before she had a brick and mortar. This was the first time I had been to the location and I was super excited. It is a nice space there were 3 people working and just a handful of patrons. I walked up to see what the offerings were on the hot bar but decided to order off the grill, as the hot selections seemed like they had been steaming since lunch and it was now 5:30, I passed and ordered lemon pepper wings and fries to go.

This is a new family owned restaurant in the community. The family who owns the restaurant are long time residents of Riverdale and are committed to bringing healthy, delicious food options to the area.
