We understand that lenders have a lot of loans in the pipeline and we want to streamline your process. Enter the details of your transaction and receive a quote for title insurance and other common closing costs.
Our fee structure is very simple and All-Inclusive. If you are rate shopping, be sure to get all of the fees, so you don't have any surprises at the closing table. In our service area, it is customary for the seller to pay the fees shown here, but all items on a contract are negotiable. We will charge the fees to the Buyer or Seller as indicated on your purchase and sale agreement.

Jessica Newsome is amazing! We did a private sale without an agent and Jessica made the whole process seamless! I had sold another property earlier in the year and drove 45 minutes, spent tons of time asking questions about the process and had to pay a write transfer fee. At First Coast Title every document was explained as it was set down, and we walked away with a printed check. Effective and efficient! This is the only place I will go in the future! I highly recommend them!
