Marlea McCallister destroyed my blonde hair. I went in with platinum blonde hair asking for a root toner. She saturated all of my hair with purple toner. She seriously over toned my hair. I have very dark black/grey/purple hair two days and six washes later.
I've used all the home remedies to lighten the toner. Nothing works.
I've complained and she won't answer nor acknowledge me.
She made such an elemental and egregious mistake. I told her I am mortified and she won't reply to me.

I called to make an appointment to get my nails done. It took one month to get in. I wrote down my appointment and put it in my calendar on my phone. After driving 16 miles one way I was told that I did not have an appointment and was not anywhere in their system. I was told the nail tech would call me after she was done with her other client. Never recieved a call. Just pushed out the door and no call back. Very unprofessional for a salon.

Clean environment, very friendly staff, and the best part is that they do an amazing job! ❤ I personally have thick curly hair and I get headaches if I put my hair in ponytails, braids, etc. And Ashley Rodriguez reached out to me personally because she wanted to help me out and she did an amazing job. Not only did she help with thinning my hair but she also styled it and I haven't felt this beautiful in so long even my husband loved my hair 😍💯

I've never been a salon kind of person but after going there and having a very positive experience I actually look forward to going back. Everyone seems to make everyone else feel comfortable I see lots of smiles and hear a lot of laughter which adds to the experience. I'm very picky about my hair and who touches it... But after going just once, I felt very comfortable with her ideas and just told her what she thought would look best would be great... And it is!

If I could give it a ZERO I would! This salon used to be my favorite place to get my hair done, but I refuse to support an establishment that condones and encourages bullying and harassment amongst their own staff! To allow a bully to puff out their chest and run off staff that has been there for years is unprofessional, juvenile, and cruel. Shame on you!
