It was brought to my attention that there was a review of one star from my account for Schuylkill Home Care two years ago. My account seems to have been hacked since this was not me. I am trying to figure how to remove my old review and have provided 5 stars to off set the incorrect review someone posted using my account.

Office staff is responsive to questions/concerns. If they say they will get back to you, they do. Have had some absolutely wonderful and caring aides who go far and beyond what is required. Have had some who were average. But all took good care of the patient. If there is an issue it will definitely be addressed and taken care of, pretty much, immediately. For our family, arrangements are being done long distance as our family member is in Pottsville while we are across the country, so responsiveness and integrity are extremely important. The staff, both office and hands on field, have both. I
