Worked here a few days before I quit they did not have enough employees so the staff was doing doubles all the time or the clients were not getting care I was told to not say anything about being disrespected by a nurse while on call which is not ok just because they did not want to lose the patient thing that got me they never lined their story up

Worked here for about 2 weeks, they never gave me a schedule , only called me when somebody would call out , didn't take their time to train me after I told them I had no experience, they told me they paid biweekly , but after working two weeks they told me I wouldn't get paid until after another two weeks. The woman I took care for had a son who wanted me to clean after him , clean his bathroom which the woman I cared for never used , neither did I , he wanted a maid !

Worked here for a few months. No guidance, no communication. One minute they want it one way, then the next a completely different way. They also don't stand behind what they tell you either, always a double standard. The way this business is ran is absolutely pathetic. They profess to be a Christian organization, but is honestly far from. Hard work and dedication doesn't go very far here. Only if you are accepted into their clique will you go far in this company. Employees are not appreciated. They will use you and throw you away in the blink of an eye. Don't work here. Run in the opposite direction

I've been working for Hudson's for over a year. I've had great clients and wonderful experiences working here. My boss Robyn is amazing. She's patient, understanding, and works with you regardless of your circumstances. I would definitely recommend working here. You won't find a better boss than the one I have.

Hudson's Helping Hands is the best company Ever nothing but good experiences since I started working as a Caregiver. They are excellent on communication. Overtime always available Flexible schedules. Never had a problem with scheduling or payroll. They are very responsible and reliable. They have concerns for both the caregivers and their clients. Thank god for Maria She's always Available & Has a Answer for Everything Always willing to help & guide you through EVERYTHING!
