Many different things can affect the removal of a tree. Access to the tree is also important in terms of how easy or how difficult it is to easily get the equipment we need on site for efficient removal of the tree.

After your tree surgeon has removed the tree, a short stump is left, approximately 2-3 inches above ground level. Complete stump removal requires a special, high powered grinding machine. The stump removal can be included in the overall price or it can be quoted separately.

A poor arborist. I called A Better Aborist in order to get wood delivered. Even at almost 3x what everyone else is charging I like quality. I scheduled a time with him and then called right back because I had forgotten that we were going out of town. I asked him to come this upcoming weekend. I called again to reschedule again because I volunteer and my volunteer weekend is this weekend and I forgot. When I called he said that he didn’t even reschedule because usually people are looking for a better price. This, unfortunately for him, is not always true. He then went on a rant about how good

Todd did a superb job for us, and we highly recommend him.
We has a large elm tree that needed to be removed. It was a big and difficult job, and we could not be more satisfied both with the outcome and his service.
He gave us an excellent quote, and he completed every detail he committed to doing in the quote, including complex root and stump removal that required removing and then resetting a portion of fence.
He is honest and straightforward, and he shows attention to detail as if it were his own home.

I recently had them remove a large tree from my yard. Very timely in regards to doing the work. A very competent and professional crew showed up and completed the job in a very efficient manner. The call started out business as usual: details were exchanged about the potential work to be done and a $500 base package was quoted. I thanked him and said I was gathering quotes and prices from surrounding businesses and if I decided to go with him, I'd give him a call back. He then asked what I would be willing to pay or if I would pay more than $40. Again I mentioned I was just trying to get a couple of different prices but he then proceeded to cut me off, informed me he was going to pass on my business and hung up. All well and good but a bit more tact and professionalism will go a long way
