I rented a cabin through this company. The cabin was called Top of The World in Sevierville TN. The listing for the cabin through this company was completely inaccurate. The cabin is dirty, smelly, and an outdated mess. Upon arrival I noticed the front porch roof has been badly damaged. When I entered the cabin there was a strong moldy smell. The ceiling has water damage stains everywhere. The upstairs shower has mold all over the ceiling. All the curtains, fake plants and windowsills were covered in spiderwebs. We (3 of us) stayed at a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathroom cabin overlooking the mountains in Gatlinburg, TN. It was beautiful— however there are a few things I need to address. Our hot tub appeared to be clean— so we used it nightly for the first 3 days staying there. After about the third day, we notified an unpleasant stench from the hot tub water, so we gave heartland a call and they promptly sent someone out to drain/ refill. It was early that morning, so we sat on the deck, drank our coffee and watched the hot tub get emptied. The lady placed the hose in the hot tub, stayed for it

Excited to arrive at the very cute property called leprechaun island. Unfortunately our stay was not a good experience. My mother fell down the very dangerous steps going down to the stream. No warning signs and several steps missing safety strips. Others were to old and didn’t even grip anymore. Called several times and they did send someone out but they claimed it was to wet to fix. Lady on phone was nasty. The book listed there was a garbage dump place couple miles away. Never did find it. Both toliets leaked. Dehumidifier drain hose was clogged and not working. Smelt musty.

First trip to Gatlinburg and we decided to rent through Heartland. The cabin was rented for my sister and I’s birthdays. We stayed from 7/16-7/19 in Halfway to Heaven. The cabin it self was descent, but unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the lower level of the cabin. Apparently it’s centipede season. It did quite a bit of raining during our stay. They were crawling into the cabin the get from outside. Every morning, we were cleaning up dead centipedes as well as live ones. We spoke with someone who sent pest control to spray the perimeter. Amazing and I'm impressed. Easy check-in process. They even called to make sure everything was alright. The cabin we stayed at, Mountain Breeze, had newly paved roads to get to it so BONUS!!! We did call about something and they took care of it pronto even though it wasn't a big deal, but it needed to be reported right away. And it was very nice to not only get a discount, but to get free tickets to attractions. That saved a ton of $$. Overall, very reasonably priced and great location!! These guys must hand pick the cabins they rent out!

Really enjoyed our stay at Day Dreamer. Gatlinburg has always been one of my favorite destinations and this year wanted to try a different vacation rental company. Overall, I was highly pleased with the customer service. S/o to Jordan for being so helpful and provided some great tips.
I will definitely rebook and try out some of the other cabins. Day Dreamer however was in an ideal location outside if Pigeon Forge. It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg either.

This has been an amazing trip. We leave tomorrow but I decided to go ahead and give my review now. The Above The Clouds cabin is great! Perfect to two couples. We have really enjoyed the stay here. Very peaceful. Very remote. Very private. This is one of the cabins that is handicapped accessible. My friend has had no issues with his easy-go motorized cart.
