What a perfect place for a winter vacation, from the very beginning with the call to book Tiffany and Leslie helped me pick the very best cabin for what we was looking for. While here it snowed 6 inches which was fabulous, before we even got up the morning it snowed , the staff was already clearing the driveway to our cabin. The cabin was perfect, the staff was absolutely fantastic. We definitely desire to come bsck.

This resort is a beautiful place to stay while visiting the Smokies. The staff at the front desk are courteous, friendly and helpful. We stayed here few years back and again during the last weekend of Oct 2021. The cabin is well furnished and comfortable to stay.
The only complaint we have is the color of the bath towels. They are dark brown, the most unusual color I ever seen in an hospitality business. It was very difficult to assess those towels' cleanliness.

Wow! This was our first stay here. Cabin #60! I do believe we had the best view!!! The cabin was thoroughly clean! The grounds of the whole resort were beautiful and neat! Cabin had everything we needed and more! We completely disconnected from the outside world and really relaxed here! Take your binoculars, if you have a room with an open view of the wilderness! We went for a walk each morning. So peaceful! The staff, everyone of them made us feel like family. So friendly! I was a guest of the renter. Our stay was tremendous. Cabin #111 has it all. If you have a large gathering to accommodate (20-30 guests) = this is your cabin! Oak haven never fails when it comes to the cabin experience. This was our 5th time coming to Oak Haven and each time we have come, the cabins get better and better. This time we stayed in Cabin #33 and it was by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in. The cabin was extremely clean, the housekeeping crew was great, front desk people made the check in and check out process streamline and enjoyable. We will be back again and will be for the foreseeable future.

I am please to give Oak Haven 5 stars. Cabin was spacious, prepared and most of all Extremely Clean!!! The resort ground and facilities were "so" above average. Beautiful and comfortable! My grandchildren were pleased, as well. My husband's review is a little lower....We could easily hear the kids upstairs talking and moving around, he is an extremely light sleeper and was bothered by this. I would stay here a 100x over... wishing I could have used the Spa

My family and I loved this place. Our first visit was right before Thanksgiving of this year (2019). There were 11 of us total, and the cabin we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It was very clean, updated and more than well equipped with many amenities and luxuries.
The location is perfect, too. It's close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg without being right in the middle of all of the traffic and busyness. The resort feels very tucked back and private even though it's not in the middle of nowhere.
We are very picky when it comes to places to stay, and I highly recommend Oak Haven

This cabin was nice BUT, there was a SUCKER stuck to my sheets. It was disgusting and the fact that it made the sheet sticky and the fact that the housekeeping could not see a sucker on the sheets blows my mind. Please consider reminding your housekeeping o check the sheets or get some that know how to make sure sheets are clean.

We were looking for a romantic place in the mountains to celebrate our 25th anniversary and I honestly can't imagine a better choice. From the first contact to securing our cabin, making a down payment to checking in everything was a very smooth process. This resort has roughly 100 cabins on the complex and even though they aren't completely secluded, you have the impression that you are alone in the woods. We've been coming to Oak Haven Resort for at least the past 10 years for an annual family/friends getaway. This past trip, we stayed in cabin 90 and couldn't have been more pleased. It's a 6 bedroom cabin that features a theater room, pool table, jacuzzi, ping pong table,karaoke machine , several sitting areas , grills and a huge patio. The kitchen has two dishwashers and any appliance that you can think of. They also had several board games and books for entertainment. The property itself has a spa, basketball court, playground and walking trails. The location is not far at all

My husband does a yearly golf trip that includes lodging here. I think I the cabins are great and suitable for large group. It includes all the amenities of other cabins you can rent in the area... Hot tubs, dishes, land linens. There are scenic views and it is a gated community. However, my only complaint is that all the cabins are so close together you lose a little of that cabin feel. But we will continue to stay here every year. The prices are competitive with other companies and the staff on site are very kind.1

I have visited oak haven yearly for the last 8 yrs. I have stayed in both large and small cabins and it has always been pleasant, clean and comfortable. It is a tad bit pricey but the service is impeccable and the cabins are all equally gorgeous.

Cabin 47, secluded and well-appointed, exceeded our expectations. The entire resort is beautiful, gated and convenient to shopping and all the sights, but out of town enough to give you a feel of the mountains. 2 bedrooms, king size beds with comfy sheets, 3 big flat screen TVs with cable and DVDs, two full baths, one jetted tub and a lovely screened in back porch with large clean hot tub and grill. The gas fireplace was so cozy. I can't wait to go back.

Nice kitchen with all the utensils & cooking ware needed plus then some. Our cabin contained an upstairs game room with a pool table and full size bathroom, on the side porch we had a hot tube, air hockey table with a gas grilled that I used EVERY NIGHT WE STAYED NO MATTER THE TEMP! Cable TV that showed all the football games and this resort was not far from Walmart or other commercial sites if we needed something

My husband and I always stay here for our weekend getaways in the summer and our large group ski trips in the winter. Beatiful cabins with great decor and up to date kitchens. Hot tubs are clean and usually large. Pool in the summer. Away from the busy traffic of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, but you do have to drive to get anywhere. Would highly recommend!
