National Liquidators has handled over 35,000 cases since its inception in 1988, from jet skis to yachts to cruise ships, and everything in between. Our inventories include repossessed yachts and boats, foreclosures, government seized vessels as well as brokerage boats. We maintain an experienced staff at our facilities in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Newport Beach, California, Cleveland, Ohio and Annapolis, Maryland.

Through our weekly boat and yacht auctions, we liquidate this marine inventory using a bid system, (see Bidding for more details). Our auction is open to the public and we welcome retail buyers, as well as dealers. Guests are welcome to visit one of our facilities to view the largest selection of pre-owned boats and yachts available.

Our inventory listings are designed to assist interested parties with detailed information necessary to buy an aircraft by giving a complete description of the condition, avionics, time since major overhaul and total hours.
Upon notification of acceptance of an offer (either verbal or electronic), successful Bidder has one business day do deposit into National Liquidators' escrow account, 10% of gross offer or $1,000, whichever is greater. Upon verbal notification of acceptance of an offer, the buyer has 5 working days to complete any "conditions" as set forth and pay the amount due IN FULL via certified funds.
Please review the terms and conditions of bidding carefully. Failure to completely comply with these terms and conditions will result in immediate termination of your account. Complete it and fax it in to the appropriate office. NO OFFERS WILL BE SUBMITTED without talking with a broker first and confirmation of receipt of a signed offer form.
Upon receipt of a request, we will call you at the number you provided to review the bidding, payment terms and to activate your account. You may use those account credentials to login and place a bid on any of our live auctions. Please review the terms and conditions of bidding below carefully. If you are going to purchase a boat through this company do not take their word for what is included - verify that everything is there and in the condition they are representing. I recently purchased a "new" boat through them and was told that the mooring cover and a table included on the manifest were included (I am in California and had to have the boat shipped across country). One document you have to sign is as waiver that states "as-is", but I was assured that it was a standard document and they everything listed on the listing was present and in new condition. Once I got
