Bought some vehicles using this company, but I am not satisfied, I just asked for a refund which they tell you you can get it if you ask they said they already did but I haven't gotten it since 6 months ago so be aware of this company they lie to you. If you know what your doing you can try if just want to buy a daily driving car just buy it from a traditional dealer avoid this company or you will regret later.

Peter, Ana, and associates at auto mall auction.com engage in selling vehicles with fraudulent descriptions. “Runs and Drives" with "Dents and Scratches". Really? 2 feet of the fuel line is missing. Literally when you turn the key forward, fuel profusely pours out of the fuel lines from the pump in the tank. How does it "run and drive" when the engine is unable to receive fuel? Not to mention the danger it presents to my family, myself, and the environment. Our body guy in Northern Minnesota said "worst frame he's ever seen on a vehicle 17 years old". SOLD ME A TAHOE THAT DOES NOT DRIVE. Vehicle was listed in “Runs & Drives” class but from the minute it was delivered it would NOT GO IN DRIVE. Only moved in REVERSE. Could not a foot in drive. Had to have the vehicle towed to the shop right after it was delivered to me. Also arrived with a flat tire down to the rim that was not pictured or mentioned. Contacted a lawyer to sue for Fraud. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND FURIOUS.

They took my money had me thinking that I was really getting a deal with the 10 times buying power. I purchased a Hummer that would've been a great deal if it were true. 13,000 vehicle I could go to a lot for that. Not to mention I found better and cheaper deals after they took my money and asked for the 13000 plus 1600 in fees 2007 h3 really I could've did better on my own without the extra fees also. Ana O told me I would be sending 1600 shipping fees and that after I sighed the paperwork I would talk to shipping. I asked was she sure thanked her and went to do my paperwork shes now claiming

I found this website and thought it would help me with purchasing a decent car. After missing out on a couple of bids, I finally won a car and set everything to get it to my home. Your customer service is very poor. The reluctance to help the customer after he has paid for the vehicle is disgraceful to say the least and has led to me losing so much money that I have had to pay as late fees and storage fees.

So I recently purchased a 2006 Ford F-350 through Auto Auction Mall because it seemed to have a good website for finding vehicles and what not.
