Hill Auction Gallery is the best. Michael Hill, Emily, David and everyone else there is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in the antique world. I won two small jewelry items in their September sale. The first invoice from Emily left out one item that I won, after I contested, Emily put the second item into my invoice. It turned out that they had an error in the auction and gave the item to another person, which was sloppy on their part. And Emily became rude and difficult from that point and on esp. when I asked to use my own shipping label with insurance coverage instead of using their in-house shipping. She tried to talk over me and even hung up on me. She first agreed to charge $45 for handling in order to ship with my label and I have

I want to thank Michael Hill and the staff at Hill Auctions for their professionalism and courtesy, and for their problem solving abilities. I purchased something at auction from them for my father ..paid for it and everything & then my father informs me it was the wrong item! 😩 I was so worried that I wasn’t going to be able to get a refund for the item since it was a bit costly. However Emily from Hill Auction Gallery was so courteous & helpful with the matter. She not only took care of my problem she also did this 10 mins before closing! (Which everyone knows once it’s 10 to closing no one really answers the phone LOL!) She completely resolved the matter with-in two days and I got a full refund for the item! I would 111100009388393

I was asked by an older friend to serve as the executor of his estate. He recently passed away and I had to begin the process of emptying his apartment to sell it.
