If you live anywhere near Lebanon, go to this place. If you live anywhere in Oregon, go to this place. If you anywhere west of the Mississippi, GO to THIS place! Truly, I have not tasted such a delicious variety of pastries anywhere in the US outside of NYC, nor have I experienced such generous and genuinely friendly service in a very long time. It’s like finding that one patch of bright blue in a gray sky. Ah yes, wonderful things do exist, and this bake shop is one of them!

The only critique I have for Hazella is that they didn’t come to Lebanon sooner. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a crew who makes you feel like they’ve known you for years. And with pastries as good as theirs it’s no wonder they have as many regulars as they do. A warm and welcoming atmosphere coupled with the best treats in town makes for a place that can only be described as a second home. Michael and Rebecca, I hope your business stays for a long time.

What can I say about this place. Food is incredible, very clean and welcoming, and most of all the owners, they rock! This is the way customer service is suppose to be, warm and friendly. They interact with everybody and genuinely get to know each and every one that walks through their door. Absolutely will be back, and so should you.

I love this shop. The food is excellent. This is what I want when I have coffee in the morning or when I treat myself when camping. I LOVE the almond buns and the scones. So good. But the people? They are top notch. The family makes me and my family feel so special. Truly, they are what keep me coming back.

Such a cute attraction to Lebanon! This place will instantly make you feel warm inside not only with the bright blue decor, but with the friendly family who own the shop! I have now been here twice and only wish I could go more often, however my work often buys from them and I get to splurge that way 😉. The pastries are delicious and always taste so fresh. The prices are absolutely reasonable and sometimes, they’ve even thrown in an extra something or two, how sweet! I would 10/10 recommend those who’ve never been, to try them! You won’t be disappointed 😍

The service was great and the owners super friendly. Very popular spot with interesting specialty pastries. The Kraken was a gut bomb--Zenner's sausage smothered in mac and cheese, wrapped in pastry...resist the urge. Bierocks were good, the lemon bars excellent, and the chocolate babkas were really good. Quite pricey, but worth a stop when you're in Lebanon.

Michael and Rebecca (owners) are two amazing people; they clearly love what they do and, more importantly, love the people and community they get to serve.
The cardamom custard pastry, any of their quiches (not pictured), and those bacon/pastry twists are delicious. The quiche I had there a couple weeks ago was, perhaps, the best I've had anywhere.
Beautiful and quiet place with friendly staff that's great for breakfast, afternoon treats, or take-out. You should visit!
