After finding myself incarcerated in Sumner County Jail, Mr. Maynard helped me get out in no time. He got my bond dropped from a $100,000 bond to an ROR. He fought for me like a pitbull on rabies. His staff was very professional and friendly. They kept me up to date on each court hearing and wouldn’t cut a deal until he spoke to me first and fought for me every step of the way. I would definitely hire Mr. Maynard again if I ever find myself in another situation and recommend him to anybody who needs a good attorney or won’t steal your money.

I want to give you my experience on Tony Maynard my mother is an elderly lady she has a medical problem like I have some tumors she had a stroke and a seizure and he didn't want to bring out and she wanted the judge to hear. He got mad in the courtroom I think it was because our witness called him a name out loud in front of everybody and he would not stand up and ask her questions. He offered nothing she had given him many pieces of material to win that case. There was no problem she gave all evidence truthfully he's just a dud. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with attorneys. This guy told me everything I wanted to hear, once he got my money, he would never respond to my emails, never return my phone calls. I would have meeting set up with him and 15 mins before our scheduled time his assistant would call and cancel knowing I lived an hour away. That happened 3 times. In court he was a joke, he let the defense attorney interrupt him and not say anything! Lied to me so many times, telling me he sent me emails.
