Services
John Hill is the sole practitioner of John Hill Law. He practices criminal and civil law and works extensively in matters involving assault, domestic assault, orders of protection, drug and alcohol offenses, thefts, robbery, and D.U.I. He handles both Misdemeanor and felony cases in General Sessions Court and in Criminal Trial Court.
We handle all types of cases - everything from low level misdemeanors to high felonies. We handle a lot of domestic violence cases, including aggravated domestic violence. We also handle drug cases, DUI's, theft, assaults, aggravated assaults, robberies, and aggravated robberies. We also take on a small amount of civil matters.
Drug offenses in Tennessee range from misdemeanors to felonies. Simple possession drug laws in Tennessee start out as misdemeanors. Class A misdemeanors carry up to 11 months and 29 days in jail. When you are involved in the manufacturing, resale, or delivery of drugs, charges can go all the way up to a Class A felony depending on the type and amount of the drugs.
Driving in Tennessee means that you have legally given your consent to be tested for the alcohol or drug content of your blood. This test must be administered at the request of a law enforcement officer who has reasonable grounds to believe you have been driving under the influence of an intoxicant or drug.
Domestic violence charges are very serious and have far reaching effects and consequences beyond just the criminal charge. An arrest or conviction for domestic violence may impact your employment. Some professional careers and employers will not hire or continue to employ people with Domestic Violence convictions.

John Hill was refereed to me by a friend. Since then he has kept my granddaughter out of jail and helped her get her Drivers License. He has also worked countless hours trying hard to make sense of my daughters jail and prison sentences. His fees do Not reflect the hours this man spends on his cases. As far as our family is concerned he will always be 1st to call when we need an attorney.

John came as highly recommended. Would describe as someone you can trust and invest your money in. He is honest, straight-forward, very knowledgeable in his specialty. Payments are worth the price and ease of mind. I would give 10 stars if I could
