Very unhappy. First, experience was terrible. 3 different people working on my nails at once. Too thick, lengths are uneven as well and shape is bad. Final result had my nails looking bubbly.I tried communicating what I wanted, but they didn’t even listen.

My regular nail place was closed, so I decided to try this place because it's near my house. The people were nice enough, the pedicure was ok, but I did not get the mud mask that was supposed to come with my pedicure. Also, they didn't have very many colors to choose from. And my heels are still rough, not soft like when I normally get a pedicure. Not sure If I would go back.

My pedicure was nice and then I moved over to get my nails done. She was really quick and seed to be annoyed. She filed my skin and I bled a bit on one nail. She did not shape the way I wanted but it still looked good so I did not complain. I went home and went about my day. Two days later my middle finger nail broke. That next day I went in and she fixed for free( that was nice). That night I was washing my hair in the shower and I felt my nail break on my other hand. Since I have had two more nails break off and all of them have some cracks. Not sure if it was bad powder or poor quality tips

I've been going here for a while and I've never been unhappy with my nails. I don't remember the man's name who worked there, but he used to do my nails regularly before covid hit and was really good at what he did.
A lady named Kim did my nails this time and I love how they turned out. Both of them have scratched up my cuticles a little bit, but I'm assuming that's common at other places, too. The picture I provided is what Kim had done.
I'm not sure if they do complex nail designs/art with bedazzling and all that, but they do have a lot of options for colors to choose from.

I've missed this place so much. I moved about 60 miles away a few years ago, but was in town for the weekend and had to drop in. Haven't had a pedicure since pre covid days. Today was like Heaven and Nancy was amazing. The shop has always been clean and welcoming. I felt safe. I think I'll be making the hour drive once a month to get a pedicure.

Kim does my nails and my husband's pedicures. Tanya does my pedicures and my mom's pedicures. My nails go MONTHS without lifting!!! Kim and Tanya both do pretty paint designs that last weeks without issue. Everything is very clean and safe. Kim is very gentle with my nails- I have a nail that was slammed in a door years ago and it still gets tender- she holds it a certain way to prevent pain. My mom is diabetic and Tanya is very gentle with my mom's feet. Everything is clean for a diabetic's standards (my mom's) and a germaphobe's standards (mine). They take credit

For the past 10+ years, I have been going here since my high school days and while they may be busy from time to time, they always give me quality service. I appreciate the workers here, especially Kim. She's very kind and personable, and does an amazing job making sure I am happy. She is always willing to change anything to my liking. It is always enjoyable when I stop by, and I love supporting small businesses like these.

So I been here before and loved it but now the girl I use to go with no longer there. Kim did my full set and I was really looking forward to getting my nails done after almost a year. I got the worst experience 😭 she was very sweet but literally cut 5 of my fingers like the cuticles were bleeding and I was in pain. I let her finish the work and she just kept apologizing I was just so unhappy and worried about my nails. Just horrible experience I will be calling the manager because I can get an infection from the cuts.

I came here on my mom's recommendation today; I've gone with her for pedicures and gel manicures a few times, too. Almost immediately after I signed in, Kim came up to me and let me know that I'd have to wait about 25 minutes to get acrylics but that I'd be given a discount for the wait, which was very nice. She did slightly pinch my finger with the Dremel, but it was an innocent mistake, and she was very careful of the area afterward. I picked a gorgeous sparkly bridal pink color, and I love the way it looks. Thank you, Kim!

The girls are horrible here. They do not care as they rake your skin open with a drill.

As well as, they can't paint a nail to save their life! Pathetic! They have a captive audience with the old people in Gold River, charge top dollar and they are crap!

My first time visiting this salon I thought I would have a good experience because it's in a nice area. As soon as I walked in I was already skeptical. There was no A/C and it was nearly 90 that day. Every client and worker was sweating and opening the doors did not help.
I asked for dip powder and picked a color. The lady did all my nails but I noticed it was patchy and she didn't know what she was doing. She blamed it on the powder and said I can only do clear powder with gel on top. I already sat there for 45 minutes doing my nails and then she decided to take all of it off. Restarting

This place is around the corner from us but NO THANK YOU!!! Taking advantage of Gold River Neighborhood.
After the fact talking about my left broken arm., the lady literally twisted my arm and made the customer next to me screamed. I am okay.
I am NOT happy with my GEL nails chipping after TWO days!!!

This place has always been amazing. I'm very hesitant on giving directions just because some people get upset and what not. All I have to do is explain how I want my nails once and it comes out exactly that way.
I got a pink and white full set and they were perfect! They lasted me almost 3 weeks.
The interior is also very well done. Everything they use is super clean and they are very friendly and kind. A bit on the pricier side but for a guaranteed job well done...it's worth it!
