DO NOT MOVE HERE! My car was vandalized twice!!! I brought it up to management and they told me it was my fault! They do not have cameras or security like they say. Dogs and cats roaming around freely. Rats, insects, spider webs everywhere. Priscilla, the office manger is the WORST! Dirty, cheap and falling apart inside and out!

The neighbors and the people in the office are nice. However the pool is almost always dirty, the washers and dryers break down and stay that way for over 6 months at a time this issue has been brought to the offices attention numerous times to no help. They have added pet rent along with the actual rent that keeps getting way higher and higher. The people who clean up the leaves with the leaf blowers get very close to your door and backyard and it’s very sporadic. People don’t move their clothes in the laundry room they have left clothes in their all day and over night without a care for other

Not a bad place to live if you can put up with the admin. Greg and the maintenance crew are great, the little notes the office leaves in you doors are pretty silly. Like I use auto pay for the rent, my rent was due yesterday, but didn't come out, I called the office to see if there was a problem and asked if I should wait till Tomorrow to pay... they said tommorow, then put a notice on my door to pay or quit..... almost as stupid as pay a service fee for water to a company that just divides the complex bill so they can charge us to run their fountains.....

If you intend to stay longer than the 1 yr lease understand rent will go up and the neighbors and complex won't get better. With that said, if you can afford a little extra live somewhere else. I've been here 2 yrs and can't wait to leave. Save yourself the hassle and not live in a dog feces infested, neighbors partying all night, no parking ever environment!
