The Olive Branch, named after Caitlin's daughter, was inspired by a dream to celebrate all of life's special moments. From bridal showers, to birthday parties to small business events, we plan unforgettable celebrations that are uniquely branded for the occasion. Think boutique in size but luxe in style!
With a real-live mermaid, bounce house, slides and ball pit we created "One Shell of a Party"! Truly what mermaid dreams are made of. A rainbow sherbet color palette. We conceptualized this shoot design years ago when creating Honey + Thyme Events and the brand behind it. Supporting local and small is important to us.

My daughter hired Caitlin with Honey + Thyme as her wedding planner prior to COVID19. The reception was postponed for 14 months. Caitlin and her staff keep me, and daughter updated throughout the planning of the event. On the day of the reception every detail of the plan was executed per plan. I don't even know where to begin when talking about how wonderful Caitlin is. We hired her almost a year and a half ago a few weeks after being engaged and I tell everyone she was the best decision I made in the whole planning process. She is SO creative and has the most beautiful visions. She was patient with my ever-changing mind. She put me in contact with an absolute dream team of vendors. She became more like a friend to me than a planner. She went above and beyond to get to know my fiancé and I to make sure our day reflected everything we are as a couple.

It’s hard to put into words how important Caitlin is to us. She was with us from day one, commenting on our engagement instagram which led to a meeting after which we hired her to plan our wedding. It was one the best decisions I could have made. She felt more like a best friend than a wedding planner. She was always there to vent to, be creative with, geek out about wedding details and lean on during our year long planning. She was an overall calming force for us. Even on the day of our wedding my bridesmaids were in awe of how chill she was and kept everyone on time and in place.

Caitlin is truly gifted at wedding planning!! She made the wedding day run like clock work and kept up with ALL the details so we didn't have to think about everything!! Best decision we made was to hire Caitlin as our wedding planner!! She was very prompt at answering our many questions throughout the planning process. Caitlin was absolutely amazing leading up to our wedding as well as on the day of the event. There are so many vendors to deal with when planning a wedding that at times, it can be very overwhelming for the bride! Caitlin made me feel so comfortable and took care of pretty much everything the month leading up to the wedding so that I could enjoy time with my husband and then seeing family the week of the wedding. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch (from what I could tell) and it wasn't until afterwards when my mother told me there were hiccups here and there that I realized Caitlin
