Positive: Responsiveness
They were awesome, I have 3 dachshunds one that is deaf and all of them loved these veterinarians and their entire staff. My boys don't take up with very many people. Cal Rodgers

We took our mare in for a follicle test they were very aggressive. They gave her two shots of sedative without even trying to proceed as well as wrapping a chain around her face . It disgusted me seeing that. After talking to other vets and taking her elsewhere to find out that they felt the same way made me feel worse. Proceed here with caution.

Critical: Quality, Value
We have used them twice for an equine emergency and have been VERY disappointed. The only thing I can say is that they did come out. They definitely make sure you pay your bill, they are very prompt in calling to get a credit card number.

Called the day before (last minute before closing) because my parent's dog was attacked and needed his wounds cleaned. They were kind enough to squeeze him in the next morning due to the size of the wound and the price was better than the original quotes given in most of Lubbock's vets. Will highly recommend to others.

The staff here are always kind and knowledgeable. I’ve taken my horses here and now that the Lubbock vets have increased their prices it’s worth it to drive out to Slaton for my dogs too.

We had our first appointment today for our puppy. I talked to 2 different girls in the front and they both were very nice and took the time to answer all of my questions. at the appt, we did curbside and the doctor and technician came out and explained everything to us! very good customer service and our pet was very well cared for, we look forward to our future visits.

Do not bring your pets here! Handled my pets horribly. Scared them to death. Very unfriendly. I brought my puppy here and the vet was very unfriendly. Then I got my cats weighed. And they handled one so horribly, they scared her to death and made her pee on herself. And then they tried dumping her in my car. Like literally tried to dump her out of a crate like a piece of garbage. I only came here because I had heard their prices are very reasonable. I guess you get what you pay for.

We brought our pitbull here for shots. The syringe came apart during the shot the vet checked him vaguely about a week after and said he was fine, a week or two after our dog developed a massive knot where they had messed up after notifying them about there error we were advised we would have to pay for them to check there own mistake!!! The vet an older lady was rude as could be! Very rude and unproffesional to certain customers!!

We love the care our little girl, Kirby, gets at South Plains Vet Clinic! When we first purchased our puppy, the breeder recommended them, saying it’s the only place she takes her babies! Now that our little girl is almost a year old, we can verify that the care is exceptional for everything from routine vaccines to other procedures. Without a doubt, the small-town feel and great care is worth the short drive from Lubbock.

This is one of the most reasonably priced veterinary clinics I have found. Service received is way more than the invoiced amount. Veterinary clinics that will handle large animals are becoming limited. We have always respected Dr. Farr's experience and expertise and attitude of the employees of the clinic. What Dr. Farr and Dr. Pace have as far as employees is hard to find in this day and age. These are respectful and compassionate individuals. They not only have compassion for the animals, but the humans as well. Dr. Pace is the most patient vet that I have ever witnessed. We have several virgin
