Came in and got an auto quote. Kimberly Taylor and her team were very professional, and have great customer service and also very knowledgeable. I was shopping for better rates and filled out an online quote. Frida called me and was able to switch my policy over from Geico same day and saved me over $60 a month. Very excited to be apart of this agency. I have experienced nothing but greatness since making my first call to speak with Mrs. Taylor. I was looking to purchase a vehicle and my current State Farm agent said he would call me back. After waiting two days I researched several agents and contacted Kimberly Taylor. I was able to close the deal on my new vehicle the same day after speaking with Mrs. Taylor. I had to travel over 600 miles to get the vehicle but Mrs. Taylor call to check on my safety as well as communicated with the seller on several occasions making sure that we both were comfortable

Wonderful experience from the beginning to the end of the whole process.I have more than five policies with Mrs Taylor including a business policy. The rates were great and she made sure that I got all the discounts that I was entitled to. Great customer service from her and the staff. They always answer the phone and answer any questions that I have. They all are hardworking ladies who I find to be an asset to the State Farm Brand.
