Once again I am pleased with my recent visit to this office. Saw the newest doctor. Dr. McClure. He could not have been any nicer or caring. I totally enjoyed the experience. And the staff at the front desk are upbeat, eager to please and genuinely kind and friendly. Even in the midst of busy phones and customers. I highly recommend Eyecare of the Valley!!

My mom went to two doctors at this practice because she was having issues seeing out of one eye. They continued to tell her to try different glasses and nothing else was wrong with her although she couldn’t see out of her one eye almost at all. She went to another doctor and she ended up having cataract!! You would think eye doctors would be able to diagnose a cataract! Needless to say we stopped going here after going here my whole life.

I scheduled new patient appointment on line. All communications via email, on phone or in person was courteous and professional. Visit was right on time and through. Glasses arrived in one week. Great Service. As to a previous posting of no insurance, my husband has no insurance either. While comparing prices they are on target if not lower than other offices. The company needs to pay their employees, overhead costs etc. I find the prices great.

Buyer beware! Eyecare of the Valley charges you a $40 annual contact evaluation without your knowledge. I paid $30 at least two times if not three during the year for contact evals. Guess I'm confused as to why I'm being charged again. Needless to say I will not be returning!

This is an awesome office. The doctors are all very nice and professional. My family has been going here since we were young and have never been disappointed. Dr. Eiss was great with my toddler and generous. Clearly his top priority was her well-being, not his profit. With customer service like that, I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else.

Our family has been going to Eyecare of the Valley in Pennsburg for about 5 years. The doctors are thorough and patient. The facility is new and modern. The location is convenient to where we live. They have extended hours so it is easy and convenient to visit outside of regular business hours.

First time visit to the office. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. was patient and listened to my concerns. Not rushed though the appointment. Made some great suggestions for me to try. They gave me sample contacts and I lost one the next day and they gave me another sample pair.

Let me start out by saying that I had been a patient of Dr. Richardson, who owned Eye Care of The Valley, for 35-40 years. I am legally blind in my right eye, and Dr. Richardson had me coming in yearly, so she could make sure the health of my eyes did not get any worse. After Dr. Richardson sold the practice, I continued to go on an annual basis...until I lost my job 6 1/2 years ago. I am still struggling financially, having to take on jobs that pay 1/3 of my previous income. And, I have NO insurance of any kind.
My eyes have really been bothering me lately, and I can tell that my eyesight is
