Her passion is educating and implementing practices that assist people in living their best lives full of energy, mental clarity, and free of pain. As a mom she takes great pride in educating parents on the importance of early intervention of proper nutrition so our children can thrive and grow into healthy adults.
Preparing your body to carry a child is one of the most important things you can do to not only increase your chance of conceiving, but to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Whether you are pregnant, or planning to start a family, understanding how to nourish your body with key nutrients is essential in supporting yourself and your growing baby.
Have you tried diet programs in the past, had success, but gained all your weight back once you finished the program or food service? If so, you didn't fail. The program failed you. Not because it was a bad program, it lacked the education you needed for continued success. Individualized coaching focuses on your specific dietary and lifestyle needs.
Are you eating well and taking vitamins, but still have low energy and fatigue? This intracellular blood test measures the deficiencies of 31 micronutrients within the cell where metabolism of those nutrients occur. A genetic blood test that specifies how well your body processes homocysteine and B vitamins, specifically B2, B12, and folate.
While employees are enjoying their lunch they will be empowered on taking accountability of their health, educated on how to fuel their mind and bodies effectively, and given the proper tools on how to do so. A great way to boost office moral and even add a little friendly competition! The duration for participants is one month, a total of four in office lunch hours.

Having been recommended and making the trip to Jackie was one of the best things I've ever done for myself and family.
Her approach was very attentive and realistic, fine tuned to your needs, preferences and lifestyle... Not saying it's an easy process to change ones ways, but man, what a difference in the end.
I have since learned more about properly eating and what it takes to keep the machine working at optimum performance then I realized possible, not to mention learning more about myself then I thought I knew.
I would highly recommend her not just to those with health issues but anyone

I was diagnosed with eczema last year and have also been experiencing stomach problems such as bloating, discomfort and more. After working with Jackie for a few months now, all of my symptoms have definitely gotten better and continue to get better. Due to everything going on right now, we can only meet online through video chat but she still makes sure to help me by listening, answering any questions and giving me knowledge about my situation and a lot more. She also gives me a personal meal guide which is very easy to follow and a tremendous help in my diet and lifestyle. I honestly am glad

Without sounding too dramatic, meeting and working with Jackie has quite literally changed my life! Since college I have been suffering with IBS. I’ve had 6 colonoscopies and countless tests, been on several medicines, eliminated entire food groups and still never experienced any sort of relief from my symptoms. I have tried every diet in the book. From Weight Watchers to Jenny Craig and everything in-between!
Jackie is an amazing holistic nutritionist who uses food combining in a personalized weekly menu plan where there is no weighing and counting points or calories. I lost a ton of inches and Jackie even told me NOT to focus on the scale (which has always been my obsession in the past) and I lost weight as well! If you have a food aversion or preference the menu is personalized just for YOU. A weekly shopping list along with all recipes for the week are included. She even includes vitamin suggestions

Jackie has been an integral part of me getting healthy and staying healthy. She is a wealth of knowledge.. She genuinely cares about her clients reaching the goals they want to attain. Jackie helped me tremendously with diet, meals, and supplement intake after giving birth. She came up with a realistic meal and supplement plan that has kept me healthy and has not compromised my milk supply, since I am breastfeeding. To start off 2021 on a positive note, Jackie was recommended to me by a friend to kickstart my health journey, and she did not disappoint! Jackie has guided me onto the path of my personal health recovery. She is highly knowledgeable about foods and able to formulate food plans for people of any dietary limitation. I am vegetarian and she carefully crafted my own personal recipes, food schedule and vitamin/supplement schedule. She integrates western and eastern wellness and simplifies the process for her clients so that such strategies can be carried out at any point in life. I've visited Jackie a few times over the years for different issues and every time she helped fix my health issues. What I can say is that this time around, I waited until after Gallbladder surgery to see her when I should of went to her before the surgery. She has helped me greatly get through the process of gallbladder removal and reintroducing foods back into my digestive system.

Jackie has been such a positive force in my life. Prior to seeing her, I felt lethargic and unlike myself. What I didn't realize was that I never really knew what it felt like to feel good. She's helped me to understand my body and its individualized needs. I make better choices now and when I don't I can hear her in my ear encouraging me. When I've wandered off the path, she hasn't judged and has helped me get right back on. She has strong beliefs that are backed by science and facts but she does not make you feel badly if there is a suggestion you are not comfortable with. She is a pleasure to
