Services
The Dinner Deck or middle level is set with tables and chairs and has panoramic views of all the beautiful sights that Lake Minnetonka has to offer. It is the deck where most guests choose to sit and have dinner. All centerpieces, table coverings, and nautical decorations are part of the boat, and our crew will gladly assist with any set-up you may have.
The Lower Deck or Parlor is where our Deluxe Buffets are normally set up. The interior is beautifully decorated in a Red Oak with a white enameled wood trim. The Lower Deck is capable of being set-up a number of different ways to allow for maximum flexibility and to accommodate your specific cruise needs.
A little more enclosed, the spacious Main Deck provides comfortable table seating for up to 50. Handicapped accessible: There are 4 steps to board, therefore we are not fully handicapped accessible. However, every effort will be made to accommodate wheel chairs, if being lifted on and off our vessel is a possibility.

This boat cruise was enjoyed by my residents that I brought but did have some difficulty getting off and on the boat. This boat should not claim it is somewhat handicapped accessible as it has 4 stairs to go up and down to get in the boat, two stairs to get in and out of the bathrooms, and copious amounts of stairs to get to any other level other than the lower level. The staff is helpful and friendly and did their best to help with loading and unloading residents, but claiming "handicapped accessible but not fully accessible" in my opinion is misleading.

Advertised as a two-hour narrated tour. No narration! Some college kid made three one-minute comments. If you want to experience the beauty of the lake, this passes. If you want to know anything about Lake Minnetonka's communities, fishing, facts or tales at all, you ain't getting that. First sightseeing boat trip we've ever taken with 99.9% no narration. Big disappointment.

The narrated tour is a little misleading. You can only hear the narration from one level of the three levels on the boat and if you are not the first in line to board you will not get a spot on the middle level. You cannot see anything from the lower level, and the upper level was incredibly hot, even with a breeze. The staff was wonderful, but the "tour" was not worth the money.

We opted for inside the cabin since it was a hot day and didn't want to risk a sunburn. We were able to comfortably eat our lunch at tables and converse. You can also purchase sandwiches a head of time in website. Really enjoyable.

A nice, clean boat with some history. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a lovely 2 hour boat ride in nice weather. My only disappointment was the lack of history spoken about by the captain. There were only a few things said over the 2 hours and none of it had to do with the rich history of Lake Minnetonka, specifically the important indigenous history.

For $16 I don't like to be too picky and the value was fine. My biggest complaint is this should not be advertised as a narrated tour. In the two hours on boat the totally of speaking was 10 mins maximum. Also, for those on the top deck you can't actually hear the captain cause there is no speaker up there. The boat also moved very slowly...I'd go again for $16 if I had someone who wanted to go, but overall expectations should be pretty low!

We had our wedding aboard the Lady of the Lake and it was a perfect day! The captain and crew are so helpful and easy to work with, the boat was clean and the service was great! They accommodated things even in the midst of a pandemic to make it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!

AME Community Service did a private rental for our residents. This was a great company to work with! They went above and beyond for our residents who many have special needs and required special diets and assistance. Their staff were kind, patient and fun to be around. The food was delicious, atmosphere was wonderful. All around great experience.

I love Lady of the Lake public cruises. They are a very relaxing and enjoyable experience! I come almost every year with a group of my friends. I would give the experience 5 stars if there had been enough chairs on the top deck. We ended up standing for much of the cruise until a few people decided to go below deck. There would have been enough room to add 5- 10 chairs so everyone in our group could sit. This is an easy fix... Otherwise, the experience was delightful!

Where do I start? I guess by saying we absolutely love this cruise and the staff is by far is beyond excellent! Michelle, and T are two of the sweetest girls you'll ever meet and always there to help! We went on this tour for the first time in July with 15 of our friends and family members. Since then we have been on the cruise a total of 5 times. We bring anyone visiting us from out of state on this tour. Why not, its $14 bucks and you have a great time for over two hours. The boat allows you to pack a lunch and have it on board. We always enjoy the bar they have on boat which is fully stocked

What a fun and relaxing way to spend time with the team outside of the office. It was only $14 a person and we could bring subs and drinks aboard. They had a bar with drinks and snacks to buy as well. The team was very happy to be on the lake taking a leisurely boat ride letting their stress melt away.

We've been out on Lake Minnetonka on rented boats several times and this was, by far, the best experience and the best price. The boat is big enough that the ride isn't choppy and rough which I know is a concern for many. The food was very good and our purchased drinks were as well. The boat has three levels which accommodate all sorts of weather although we had a glorious day for our outing. It's a large enough lake that being perched above the water with a long view was super fun. We felt the trip was a good value and a good time!

Another great (this time with a group) experience on the Lady of the Lake Cruise of Lake Minnetonka! This time with a delicious dinner! BBQ beef, chicken and brats, with fruit and potato salad, delicious bars and cookies... This is such a lovely, relaxing experience! A true Minnesota event. Evening, you get to see all the sailboats and when they come in at sundown, it's amazing, oh and the sunset! During the day, it's so pleasant! Either way, I highly recommend you go and bring a group!

We recently chartered Lady of the Lake for my wife's Gatsby themed 40th Birthday. Our experience with Captain Terry, Captain Dave and the crew couldn't have been better. They were very accommodating and even helped us decorate the boat beforehand. The catered food (ribs and chicken) was excellent and went beyond our expectations. Everyone had a great time and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Keep up the good work!
