I would agree with Randy C. from Arizona. We had to cancel our cruise from Athens, Greece because of Corona Virus, and we took a $400 hit from Go Next. I won't book with them again. And their reply to Randy about calling them - I sent them an email with the cancellation policy from Oceania to refund everything - Go Next said that wasn't THEIR policy.
I'll let my university know as well.

(BTW, I would give 5 stars to British Airways for refunding our entire cost for flights without hesitation).

I paid for a Cruise for my wife and I to Gonext and during March when the Covid virus was spreading in Italy I cancelled the trip because my wife and I are elderly and have health issues. A couple weeks later Oceania Cruises cancelled the cruise. Because I cancelled before they cancelled they claim all they owe us is a future cruise credit, not a monetary refund of $11,048. If Oceania won't do the right thing Gonext should do the right thing and refund my money. I was doing business with you Gonext directly. You are not responsible for the Covid-19 virus but you do need to stand by your customers

We booked an Italian cruise several months ago that was ultimately cancelled due to COVID-19. Go Next was fantastic at working with us to deal with the refund and insurance due to the cancellation. They even followed up with us to confirm location to send the refund check prior to sending it since they knew we were retirees living in Florida. I couldn't be more complementary of how they handled this tough situation.

There are lots of other far superior tour companies.

What a bunch of CRAP. We booked a cruise for Athens Greece. Paid for cancellation insurance just in case something came up. Well..... it did! It's called the Corona Virus. We cancelled and took it in the shorts. Only got 50% of our money refunded! Some organization this is. Corona is beyond everyone's control. But when you operate a business, you have to plan for the unexpected. You don't take it out of the pocket of your customers. Next time, we'll be more careful and choose a better travel agency. One that has a better refund policy and looks out for their customers!

After two trip with Go Next I would definitely recommend their services. I have completed two trips on Oceania ships plus did pre and post trips on each cruise through Go Next.
Although we did have a cancellation of a excursion we were assisted in finding another. We also missed going into a port due to the fires in Australia. All understandable… reasons.
As for our flight on our last trip we had a 9 hour layover before boarding a plane for home. Unfortunately we were not able to get that changed but did get timely information on this to address our concern.

I have been on two recent trips with Oceania Cruises through Go Next and could not be happier with both of them. I sailed to Cuba on the Insignia and to the South of France, Italy and Spain on the Marina and both trips were executed perfectly, the food and accommodations were fabulous and I can't say enough about Zora, Maria and Megan the Program Managers from Go Next that traveled on board with us to help ensure the trips were flawless. Highly recommend!

I recently took a Great Lakes tour with Go Next and Victory Cruises. It was a fabulous trip and the Go Next staff on board the cruise liner and at corporate were excellent. It was very easy to sign up for the trip and they were very flexible in accommodating our needs for flights and trips to and from airport to ship. The Go Next staff on board were very helpful and made it a very enjoyable trip I will certainly use them again on future adventures. I also liked their commitment to educational seminars and on land tours relevant to the Great Lakes... very informative. George A.

His was our first river cruise AND our first trip to Europe. We had so many questions and Jean answered them all! Jessica was our after hours angel when our flights were delayed and Jean called to make sure we had transportation to the hotel. Even though we arrived (finally!) after 11:00 P.M. , our program managers Zora and Vanessa took over,… getting us checked in and taking info on our lost luggage so we would not have to deal with anything. On the ship, the crew was so attentive and the food was delicious! Crew member Sylvia picked up on my tastes for food and wine. I let her pick out
