No concept of how to deal with people or customer service. This is more reflective of the people inside the store and not the folks washing cars outside. I have been there multiple times and each time the person inside will pretty much grab your credit card from your hand so that that can run it through the card reader for car wash service. I had a guy throw my credit card back at me after he ran it than slammed the receipt on the counter and “sign”. I have seen this same behavior with other customers too. Looking for a new place to go regularly for a car wash since we're newer to the area and wow this is the most ridiculous car wash I've ever been to. It's $40 if you want your interior touched and this is what you get - nothing cleaned at all on the interior or exterior really. It also was like a 30-40 minute process between the car wash and trying to communicate with the staff . The staff had zero urgency or care to complete the service. There's no communication between the inside and outside crew. I wanted the gas discount and the screen at the pump was bashed in and broken

This is first I use this place, and I don't like, staff lack of language, I when to get Car details, after finishing wash and clean, the staff hand me the key and I did chek around the car I saw still dirty and a lot of spots and dirt, and I ask staff my car need details and hand wax he not understand what I try to tell him, I'm not happy I am ask for manager, and manager took my car to do details about half hour later car done , they didn't do good job for detailing at all, not worth for the price.

Got the unlimited but only the drivers carpet needed to vacuum, asked if they could hook it up one time, they said yes and even added tire shine and cleaned all the windows and center touch screen, just wow! Gladly tipped them

The worst car wash I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE! They deserve negative stars. I purchased the $70 Mini Detail and my car came out with the entire front windshield totally CRACKED. My car is brand new - only 2 months old. The service people called in their manager who said “you paid with credit card and signed the receipt which says that we’re not responsible for any damages to your car.” Never go here!!!!!!!

Please stop going to this place unless you want something to be "gone" in your car and you sure want to damage/dent/break some parts in your Car. They say " Please read our bill/slip to check our disclaimer".
When asked for missing things, they act as if nothing was gone and their vacuum cleaners stole the things. While cleaning the car internals they sure break few things like cup folders and ask us to read their disclaimer.
There are many other places in Milpitas who deserve a Visit. Please avoid this place.

My car had many years of dirt and dust and I felt it was time to shell out for a full service. I am pleased with their job and can say it was worth every penny and a 2-hour wait.

I've used this service for several years and loved the service until today. I'm totally upset. The woman who took care of my car called out it's done. Pretty surprised because it usually takes much more time than today. I came and first, I saw some leftover, big pieces of white paper on the mirror where they sticked the receipt and removed but didn't clean all the marks & glue. I told her. She used her nails to clean that but I could see it's not that clean. I was not so happy but it's ok. Then, I found some liquid on the carpet, not sure if it's some oil or soap they use to clean the car. I asked

Spent 39 to get a full clean, in and out. In the end there were still many spots on the windshield that's was not clean, as well as the doors and side mirrors. Asked the staff to clean it and nothing happened just gave it a few wipes and gone.

Also gave them my keys at the beginning and nobody had my key after the wash. Turned out it was dropped into the side of the seat??

This is a great location to get a quick $20 car wash (exterior ONLY). They did a great job getting my car washed and dried in 20 minutes. I’ll definitely stop here again for my next wash.

A few years back , I discovered this place and even left a pretty honest and outstanding review with the service I had . I remember being VERY IMPRESSED and since then , I've become quite a regular. Throughout the years , I've had ZERO complaints, great service - whistle clean SUV , very satisfied customer I was!
Last January ( I believe) I decided to purchase one of their UNLIMITED PASSES since I've heard great experiences from others who has also participated.

0/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!! EVER !! If I could give 0 stars i would this place and their workers are rude and do not clean the cars at all. It's been a while since my last car wash. This is my second time coming here. I'm usually kind of disappointed with the car washes in the past because they kind of rush it and it's never really that clean. However, this place did not disappoint. They really take their time to clean the interior and exterior. I got the super wash both times and they did such a good job. It's worth the $30 which is an increase from the last time I've been here.

They cleaned my car very well. It's pricey but I can't do it at my age and my disability. I'll look for coupons next time. They have a nice area outside to sit and wait for your car. One bench is under a shady tree. The water feature has a lot of little birds visit and don't seem to mind the humans.

I came here early in the morning on Sunday, but I  still need to line for a little bit and waited for staff to give me receipt on what kind of service I want. I chose $22.99 package for car wash and also interior cleaning. I would say this is a good package for people who don't really vacuum inside the car. My car was so shining once they cleaned. The interior of my car now is so clean and not dusty. The even washed rubber mat. The best part is that my windshield is clean and clear as they wipe it which used to be little foggy before.

They spent 40 minutes to get my car done, but I am satisfied

It was my 1st time. Did their cheapest wash, $24.99 with some discount because of gas. They have a chill waiting area outside with a water fountain. The person who finished the wash up did a great job on our old Altima, taking their time and spot checking everything.

I did the $34.99 executive car wash twice. Both times they did an ok job.

They don't clean the inside surfaces, they just do a quick wipe down for dust, I had to go back over it myself to get some spills cleaned. The inside was vacuumed well. but the truck wasn't vacuumed at all..

My car was plastered with ALOT bugs from a lot of driving. they got 99% of the bugs off. but not all.

Overall AJ's does a way better job on my car. But then they charge 4 times as much

Honestly they did a lot better than I expected, and even more.

Came here with my very dirty car... I'm usually good about getting it washed every few months, but COVID slowed things down. It had been well over a year since the last time it got washed at my usual spot. I got the car wash with detailing option off Groupon for $139 - I pay about $30 per car wash at another place, so this was basically making up for my missed trips. I figured my car deserved it, as I'm one of the lucky folks that still goes into the office while people work from home (note the sarcasm).

I regrettably got the mini detail. I understand that it is not a full detail, but cmon, leaving some of the windows half done and sported is not acceptable. Then I pointed out how there were some spots that weren't even wiped down and he just said, "oh".

Don't waste your money or time. And to think I was ready to buy their $80 kinky special. Not worth it. Waste of $70. They did a rush job and they don't even apologize.

Came here 3 times and it's been great. The prices aren't too bad and they do both exterior and interior services. The first 2 times we did full service and it was good. The last time we did just exterior and they went above and beyond.
It's attached to a 711 and she'll gas station. Discount on gas if you get a car wash. There's limited shade while waiting, but it works.
