Cabins Usa is always so friendly and helpful and they have a wide range of cabins to choose from to fit any budget and style preference. This morning I spoke with Stormy and he assisted me with making a payment on our upcoming cabin rental and also answered lots of questions that I had as well as gave great suggestions for future cabin stays and recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Always a great experience.

Me and my whole family just recently stayed in the Majestic Peace Cabin 14 of us. When we arrived there was trash all over the ground behind the pool room. Tried using the movie theater and the sound would not work. Wifi would only let a couple of people to connect. Pool had so much chlorine in it it brought tears to your as soon as you walked in the room without getting in the pool. Vent in pool room didn't work. A/C in the pool room would only work half the time. Lights did not work in pool house. Could not use 2 bathrooms in the cabin because of the sewer smell and water wouldn't go down the

I will never stay with Cabin USA again. The first cabin advertise a pool table and didn't have one. Walked into the bathroom and the bathtub was full of water. Live wires going down the hallway to the basement. No lights on the deck to get in and out of the hot tub. Told me somebody would call from customer service never did. Went to the office the next morning they moved us ask for somebody in customer service to call me back for a refund on the first cabin because of all the issues. To this day two weeks later no one has called me

Very disappointed with the cabin and the amenities. The pictures do not tell the full story of the cabin and for the money that was spent to rent this place, nothing in the cabin should look used or torn. The pictures of what they offer was nothing like what we got. We will be posting on google as well where we can add pictures. Over half the TVs (told us tvs were on order and thought they were be there before we came for our visit) didnt work there was no wifi. The Grill (very nasty) would maybe hold about 4 hamburgers for a cabin that would sleep up to 20 plus people. The pool is very small and

Family vacation June 2021. Royal Vista was Cabin name. Cabin was dirty. Furniture was worn and dirty and rockers were broken. Hot tub water was yellow. Carpet filthy and holes at door entry. second floor deck pulling away from house very unsafe. Driveway is washing away low profile cars not going to make it to parking area. Thank goodness The beds were comfortable. Water had a fishy smell. Owner needs to make this place right. Cabins USA should be more picky who they represent for rentals.

Rented A Perfect Stay for a family vacation June 2021 and it was not so perfect.
The communication upon arrival was less than stellar and very confusing. Cabin was very dirty upon arrival. Counters and table in the kitchen was sticky. The linen was dirty and there was trash left under the sofa beds. One of the TVs did not work. Hot tub was filthy and un-usable. The grill on the patio look as though it had never been cleaned.
We called the office to complain and was told that the cleaning service would drop off clean linen and do a quick cleaning...never happened. The next day we were given some

We booked our stay from 5/7/21 to 5/10/21. Once we arrived we discovered the following: bedframe on the front porch, floors not cleaned, bathroom air vent had no cover, pool table looked as if it had stains from bodily fluids, bottom of the kitchen cabinet had been kicked in, hot tub had a busted panel, grill had never been cleaned, screws on the bedroom floors and two were in our bed, master bathroom switches were missing half the cover and one switch was loose, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, trash in the bathtub and trash in the bathroom vanity drawer, the main floor bathroom leaked through

Great place to spend a quiet relaxing vacation as an couples get away or a family outing. Cabins are individual own. Some take pride in keeping their cabins nice and clean and some just Don't give a flip on how their cabins look. So...Take that in consideration when looking for a cabin here. Cabin USA just manage them I guess. The pictures on the website can fool you. Always read the latest reviews from the visitors. I'll tell you the truth! Ask questions because some of the cabins need cleaning and upgrades. You pay all of that money and expect a very nice cabin and may end up getting a cabin

Stayed at "The Waterlog" cabin. Problems from start to finish. The pool was not functioning nor warming. We couldn't turn the temperature in the house from heat to cool, bathtub upstairs leaks through the ceiling down into the kitchen. By the time "maintenance" arrived, we had already fixed the AC problems. No functioning pool the entire time which is what drew us in to begin with. No upkeep of the cabin whatsoever. Driveway is VERY steep, this should be listed in the information before booking. Very poor customer service from the staff and managers. We left on Sunday, and still cannot get the
