IPhone 13 screen had to be replaced. I contacted the company after a few days as no news and they apologised for the delay - bits of glass had got into a chip as they dismantled it and they were ordering a new one at no cost to me, but it took a few days extra. It came back working fine and well wrapped up so no complaints and a great price.

Horrible idea to do business with ultimate wireless solutions! Nothing but a scam and frustration. We dealt with Sean and he repeatedly told us not to worry if his services didn’t work he would give us a refund. Once he had my money and his services didn’t work to fix my phone he said too bad. He was rude, hung up on me, and even raised his voice on the phone with me. Also after I started receiving notifications that someone was trying to access my phone from his store, very sketchy business! Don’t waste your time here.

Total scam! we called to get our phone unlocked, they asked for the imei number and saw that the phone was blacklisted (which we were unaware of at the time) and they still decided to take our money proceed with their services, knowing that they weren’t going to work instead of just being honest and letting us know the services they provide wouldnt work. it was such a hassle going back and fourth with Sean, who is unprofessional and avoids your calls when he feels like it. it took me a whole week of not being able to use my phone, we even took a trip to the store to show him the issues we were

This is the only mobile phone repair I will use from now on! I was dog/house sitting and dropped my phone and it no longer worked. It could not make calls, send texts without spazzing out. I had to message a coworker through Instant Message who was online and ask her to call Wireless Solutions Mobile Repair. She spoke with Sam and they were able to schedule a time for Sam to come fix my phone shortly after I had broken it. Since I am dog/house sitting, it is important that I have a working phone and I am SO thankful they were able to schedule me in tonight on a Friday. Highly recommend, my night
