Services
At InMotion's fitness studio in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, we provide one-on-one private fitness coaching to meet any wellness or fitness goals a client may have. We assess each client for his/her overall wellness by looking at mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and body composition. This is done to service the clients with not only their short-term goals, but also to benefit their long-term health.
We provide success-driven guidance from experienced industry-leading fitness and sports coaching experts. All our professionals are required to maintain a nationally accredited certification pertaining to their service. Your coach will be result-oriented while keeping sessions entertaining, motivating, and consistent.
Our experienced coaches assist in aiding for post-PT rehabilitation, extensive stretching for increased mobility, and overall muscular and skeletal strengthening from injury prevention to performance building. Exercise isn't just beneficial aesthetically. It's a common misconception to believe one's physical fitness level is only necessary for bodybuilders and muscle hypertrophy.

Been going to In-Motion for close to 8 months, and have seen dramatic improvements in my Fitness, and general health. These guys know their stuff, and tailor the workouts to your fitness level, and goals. Having been overweight and out of shape for years I knew I had to do something going into my 60’s especially after hitting a weight loss plateau since starting 18 months prior. I broke through that plateau, and lost 20 pounds since, and 50 overall. Highly recommend them, and I’m signing up for another round of sessions!! 👍

As I think about what I want to say about the team at InMotion, I find it important to talk about my fitness journey to encourage others that have had a similar trajectory. For the majority of my adult life I was morbidly obsese and am currently about 30-40 pounds over my ideal weight. Conventional gyms terrify me and still do.
Since 2013, I have been participating in functional fitness/boot camp classes and seeing a personal trainer. In February of 2020, I was going to two classes a week and seeing a trainer on two other days until Covid hit.

InMotion Fitness has been great. I needed some personal training after a period of inactivity due to the pandemic and Billy and Moonin have been incredibly helpful. They create personalized plans that meet your needs and goals, and I've found Billy particularly encouraging as I've tried to increase my physical activity. Highly recommend.

InMotion Personal Training is worth every minute and every dollar- One of the best decisions I have every made. Moonin and his team are dedicated, educated, professional, compassionate...and fun! The facility is clean, safe and homey. Trainers are detail and goal oriented- they know when to push and when to pull back and workouts are very individualized. At the start of this year I was looking for a change to my routine and to try something new that would get me the results I needed. I found InMotion online and am so glad! My experience so far with In Motion has been inspirational to say the least. Both Moonin and Billy have gone above and beyond, they've both exceeded my expectations in every way. I am so proud of the progress I have made and I truly cannot thank them enough for pushing me and helping me feel more comfortable in my own skin.
The gym is remarkably clean everytime I have been. I have felt 100% safe during this crazy time.

Moonin has been a fantastic trainer since we started. Myself and my other half have very different needs during workouts. Moonin has intuitively designed two customized workouts during one session for us. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and effectiveness as a personal trainer. Even through COVID, he continues to tailor workouts to keep us safe and separated from other clients. Lastly, Moonin has been flexible and understanding to our family. I've been training with Billy at InMotion for almost 3 years! He has trained me through a pregnancy and afterward. He is fantastic! It is always a great workout, completely tailored to my needs which was especially important to me while I was pregnant. I wanted to feel strong for the delivery and really feel like working out with Billy made a huge difference. I have been working with Moonin for a couple of months and he’s been an awesome trainer. He has an energetic and fun personality that is reflected in his training style. He’s aware of my limitations yet knows how to tailor the work out and push my strengths for the best results.
