At Home Fit was created out of a desire to provide high quality personal training to individuals who do not feel comfortable or are unable to go to a gym. Lack of space, time, or motivation can get in the way of your resolve to become healthier. At Home Fit removes these obstacles to help create a better you.

Emily has a deep passion for health and wellness. She is an ACE-Certified Professional Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with a particular focus on helping people of all abilities to function and perform at their best. Her goal is to provide the training, tools and motivation for clients to find and maintain healthy lifestyles through physical fitness.

From helping you reach your fitness goals and avoiding injury to figuring out how to exercise safely with a chronic condition, working with At Home Fit will be one of the best investments you can make in your overall health and well-being. Personalized program, individual and safe instruction, tailored to what works for you and your schedule.
Under 5 miles (from Hopkinton Center) is $0, 5-10 miles is an additional $15/session and 10-15 miles is an additional $30/session. Each session your trainer will bring all the equipment you need for your workout or use equipment you already have. A yard, local park, your house or any combination can be used to vary workouts and take advantage of good weather.

The training I received in Kevin's strength training classes is empowering on so many levels. The exercises actually helped eliminate ankle pain I had been experiencing. Kevin's instruction is supportive and he is wonderful at tailoring it for all abilities. Kevin's instruction truly teaches how to maintain and gain muscle that can be lost in the aging process. It's a great course!

I really enjoyed the At Home Fit Meetup Workout which says a lot since my exercise schedule can best be described as sporadic.
Kevin, the trainer, was very friendly and helped me feel at ease from the outset. The ten minute warm up at the beginning was a great way to both get physically ready to work out and break the ice as Kevin took time to get to know each participant.
The bulk of the workouts was based on circuits at different stations. Kevin was very thorough with directions and modeling the exercises and he helped with modifications based on the different needs of the group. He gave feedback

I hate the gym! My only objective with an in-home trainer was to learn the variety of exercises I needed to never need the gym again. Kevin taught me the right form and variety of exercises to make me love working out. I feel like a different person. I'm 37 and feel healthier and in better shape than I did before I got married 11 years ago.
