The irrigation industry in comparison to other service industries is still in its infancy. Irrigation management was started in 1987 by Bob Officer. Bob began fulfilling the demand of installing new irrigation systems in the west metro. Bob knew that servicing the customers he was installing was going to be key, in maintaining a long lasting company.
Your home is your castle, and who you allow inside those castle walls will either weaken or strengthen your home. As an irrigation service company, we may only visit your home or cabin a few times a year and who we send to take care of your system needs to not only be competent in irrigation services but must be trusted to care for the property they are servicing.
Service companies like ours salivate at the opportunity to work with a new commercial client. Commercial clients need to have a deep trust developed with their vendors and we do not take this for granted. We would like to believe that trust blankets all, but our focus is to add technology to validate that trust level.
Since starting the business in 1987, Irrigation Management has expanded from a small irrigation business, focusing on residential installation and maintenance, to a leading provider of commercial and residential irrigation services in the Twin Cities/Saint Cloud Metro areas. Irrigation Management is dedicated to the conservation of water by focusing our responsibility to the environment and our customers.
Many company's provide service for irrigation systems, and charge using different mechanisms such as flat rate fees and visit fees. We believe our customers should only pay for what they use. All repair and startup billings are charged on a time and material basis. If it is felt that the project may be more then $1000, we will visit the site first and prepare a professional estimate for the project.

Eric and Gabe just were out to fix our irrigation system. Eric has been out before and is AWESOME! Very friendly and teaches you about the system, being we bought the house with it already installed and have never had an irrigated lawn before. Eric remembered the previous owner and knows our system well, so they quickly find any issues. They were right on time and knocked out the repair quickly... even did some preventive filter cleaning to ensure the entire lawn was being covered. Really like this company and recommended them to my neighbor who has been extremely happy with his system as well
